We hired them for three days..... there workers smelled of weed and body odor. I can deal with the weed and body odor, however on the fourth day they simply did not show up. So i guess we fired them but not really cuz they didnt show up to be fired. I spoke with the owner Jan , and he was rude and dismissive. I have since used another company and they have been fantastic.

Restaurant owner, called their phone and they sent someone right away. I had to leave for an hour and came back to a $355 bill for locating a GFI that had tripped (took 45 minutes). Called them back to ask if this was their price and they said yes, actually could have been more!! Then they called me back, only to be told I was being ""sarcastic"" with the technician (actually he called me, not their manager or phone receptionist) because I said ""GFI's should be where there's water and there's no water here"". When he asked if there was a GFI I said ""I don't know"", if that's being sarcastic then so be it! $355 for 45 minutes of nothing, pressing a button and leaving. They might be great but for crying at loud warn the customer this is going to cost an arm and a leg!! Not using their services again, that's for sure. And as I told the gentleman, keep the money, don't call me back, just warning others this is how they do business. Total robbery....

I called a few places near Lawrenceville, and no one answered. I then called Kalahari -- they answered and Joe arrived less than an hour later. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to come home and had the issue addressed in the span of my lunch time. Thanks!

Professionalism all the way around!
I called and requested an onsite consult and was scheduled for the next business day. I received a call from the technician along with a text notifying me who was coming, including a picture and detailed profile of my technician. Upon arrival, he quickly noted what was going on with my breaker, gave a wattage tutorial so we could understand what was happening and provided options and pricing. Joe was absolutely fantastic and the next time we have issues, we will call on Kalahari and will request Joe, too! Profound customer service and skillset at its finest!

The guys at Kalahari Electrical Services were extremely helpful in fixing my bedroom light switches. Not only did the electrician solve the issue with my wiring, but he also walked me through what the issue was in a way that I, someone who is not an electrician, could understand. He asked all of the right questions, and immediately understood what the issue with the wiring was. It is extremely rare to find an electrician who is that knowledgable, but also just as kind and patient. Kalahari Electrical Services have earned any more future business I might have, and I sincerely recommend them to anyone else

Came home after a long day at work to the smell of burning plastic and a popping noise coming from my electrical panel. I made the call into a 24-hour emergency line and was immediately connected to Ruben. He was very polite and accommodating and was able to be at my home within the hour. He and George arrived promptly and were very friendly and professional. They took the time to review with us their plan of action to evaluate what was going on. After a thorough inspection, Ruben provided me and my husband several options. I appreciated him taking the time to walk us through each option and that he could immediately fix our issue. He was also priced fairly. They were knowledgeable and efficient and we had peace of my mind that everything was now safe. I needed a simple installation of ceiling fan fixtures for a new construction home. They said they needed to send someone out to take a look and then provide a quote. This alone would be ~$60. I told them pretty much all the info they needed to give a quote, but they were like they needed to send someone out first and then provide a quote. No thanks.

Joe was very professional, friendly, prompt, and fast. He came out the next day and gave me an honest assessment of my situation and what it would take to relocate a GFCI outlet on my backsplash. I will call them again when I am ready to improve my kitchen lighting and for any other electrical work I might have.
