We had CFL bulbs in the kitchen and bathrooms that got burnt out. Our town home was built in 2014 and some those CFL lights have constant issues. We had Shea, the builder, replaced the ballast and bulbs several times during the 1 year warranty period but they never really fixed the issue. This year, i finally had the budget to replace those 13 CFL lights and install a chandelier over the stairs. I shopped around for an electrician using Yelp and Thumbtack. Some never responded back to my quote request while others did. I did the first quote request back in July and the quotes came higher than my budget. I had visitors coming so I did another quote request in September. JMK responded quick and gave me the best quote. james and his wife came over the next day and replaced all those 13 CFL lights and the chandelier install. They constantly swept for debris after each light was replaced. The LED lights had 5 different light setting (soft, warm, bright, etc) and James didn't just installed the light without asking us. I would have not known that the LED came with those settings so I appreciated James for asking and making recommendations. It took a several hours to complete but they completed within 1 day. Been very happy with James work. It's only been 2 weeks but no issues so far. I would hire James again for future electrical work. I also recommended him to our neighbors.
