Needed a tesla wall charger installation. I wanted an option where my car can be charged while parked outside my garage. Khalif spent time explaining all the various options and pricing. He was able to address my needs for a convoluted project at a fair price.

Quick response time and finished the job efficiently. We had some problem with our electricity going out and resetting breakers didn't work. When he came in he was able to diagnose our problem quickly and solve it even quicker. Was able to explain what the problem was, and how he fixed it very easily. Great service!

K Wise electric responded to my request within minutes on a Friday evening. Scheduled to come
the next day and arrived on time.
He finished and completed the work quickly and answered all questions I had. He even gave me suggestions and feedback.
I'd recommend for your electrical needs!

Very responsive, gave me the best price, and job well done! Highly recommend! thanks so much for your amazing work! I'll def go to K Wise again for my future electrical needs

I had to hire several vendors to prep a house for-sale which was out of my normal work area (in Hayward, and I'm mostly SF), so I heavily relied on Yelp. One of those hires was Khalif to replace 3 old ceiling fans with flush mount lights to brighten up the home. After he completed the job and texted me the finished results, and I paid, I asked if he would be up for a non-electrical job I was having trouble finding someone for. It was removing sheet rocked windows.... bizarre covers installed by the former tenants. We agreed on a price, and he texted me photos again. But this time communicating via text and phone images we ended up misunderstanding each other. When I saw the house in person the next day I just assumed he took my money and ran, and accused him as much via voicemail and text. Despite my angry accusations, he called me back, calmly pointed out the extra window work he did do, and I then saw how/why my instructions weren't clear. I had egg on my face, and instead of Khalif getting angry at me, or walking away as he had every right to do, he returned to the house that day, performed the job I had originally hoped, and didn't ask for another cent. I have to be honest, if I were on the receiving end of my own accusation I doubt I would have reacted as professionally as Khalif did. So frankly I'd like to give him 10 stars if I could. He's a stand up guy who does good work and while I'm not sure he'd accept another job from me, I'd hire him in a second if I could.

I had a faulty garbage disposal outlet that Khalif fixed. He replied within minutes of my inquiry and was able to stop by within 2 hours. Very fast and convenient. I would hire him again!

Needed to replace a chandelier light with another one. He was punctual, came in and did the job super quick. The new light fixture didn't have any light bulbs, and rather than just telling us to check if it works later, he went out to Home Depot to buy some new bulbs and came back to make 100% sure the job was done correctly.
Price was reasonable too. Would highly recommend.

Khalif and his guy came out and took a look at my project, gave me a fair estimate and we're ready to get to work the same day. They got everything done quickly, safely, and professionally. And did a great job managing the mess and clean up. Highly recommend them for electrical work.

I'm writing this review to detail my experience with Khalif installing a Ring camera and transformer upgrade.
Khalif began the day with installation of the transformer, which went ok. Before installation of the Ring camera, I told him I was doing some research online the night before and cameras were recalled because some people were using the long wood screws instead of the short security screws to secure the bottom piece, which can lead to fires. When it comes time to install the camera, he uses the long wood screws and we see smoke coming out of the Ring camera. And sure enough, he used the wrong screws, even after I warned him. Also, there are several points in the install instructions that warn not to use the wood screws, and instead, to use the included special screwdriver with the security screws. He obviously did not read the instructions.
The doorbell seemed to be functioning ok, but my intuition told me to contact Ring, which I'm glad I did because they informed me the doorbell is now compromised and a fire risk. The attached image show that some caustic material leaked out.
After speaking to Amazon, they agreed to replace the doorbell free of charge (thank you Amazon!) and I contacted him around 4pm that it had arrived, and he said he can stop by the next morning. Someone from Ring contacted me and said they were very concerned that smoke came out of the device and I need to replace it ASAP, as this is a big safety risk. They guided me through the install and I hardwired it myself.
I can't believe I paid full price for an install that I had to finish myself, not to mention my time that was wasted. Because of these reasons, I would not recommend Khalif.

I asked for quotes for upgrade my wiring to 50A, install circuit breaker, route to the other side of my garage, and hardwire/install an EV charger. Khalif took a look at it and suggested that I have the EV charger mounted next to the circuit breaker panel since the cord (24 ft) would easily reach where we planned to park the car. He was the only one that asked questions and came up with a better recommendation. Saved wiring and ended up costing 1/3 of the quotes I received from others. Can't give a better recommendation than that.
