Several years ago, we had a great experience with Keith Morrill, so tried to contact his firm to work on another problem. The person at the office who answered the phone said the electrician (it was not Keith) books his own appointments, and gave me a cell phone number. Odd. When I called, the electrician said he was ""up a ladder"" and would get back to me if I texted my contact information.

Which I did, three times, over a week's time. No return call or text.

I tried sending an e-mail requesting an appointment through their website, and got no response from that, either. If a service provider cannot take on new business, he or she should just say it, so the prospective customer can move on. Not responding at all comes across as just plain rude, and raises questions about the quality of the company's services.

Always looking for new technology to keep everyone using the least amount of electricity as possible. Overall great!!!

With all the great reviews I'm disappointed that I was a victim of a ""no call, no show"" appointment. Wasted an entire day of leave from work.

KM Electrical Services has been great for us for more than 8 years. Keith and his people are polite, intelligent and efficient. Their work, from changing out a 100Amp service to a 200Amp, putting in new fans and accompanying electrical, to their most recent work, changing out a sub-panel, has always been excellent and fair. We have appreciated knowing that we can call Keith, have a productive discussion or visit with recommendation, and that we can trust their work !

I definitely would not recommend. Unprofessional and disrespectful management. Installed hideous light fixtures and blamed it on everyone else, didn't take responsibility.

KM has done a 5 star job for my company, Cardinal Services. We have had them in twice in the last year for electrical services and couldn't be happier with the customer service and end product!

Make sure you get a written contract in the mail before giving them a cent, and make sure you get a copy of the electrical license of the person(s) who will be doing the job, and a copy of their insurance to make sure it's current.

I will never use KM again--don't trust anything ""K"" says.

To be honest, the level of service I received at different contractors and specialist far exceed this business.

On numerous time I have personally called to confirm things are getting done, to make sure that installation goes without a hitch.

The pure attitude from Owner to Admin is condescending. You are not treated as a welcomed customer but more of a nuisance. E-mails, and promises are not kept, and thank goodness the job was really small or I could imagine how it could have exponentially gotten ridiculous.

On top of that, the original promised time, was cancelled because of the fact, ""we have a contract job that our electricians need to go to."" Wow really, so we scheduled for another day. This is understandable but yet irritating. But to not answer e-mails, to not pick up the phone during business hours especially on the day of install, and to have the electrician go to the wrong location.....a 2 star rating is still pushing it.....BUT

The electrician that came was great, he did very good work and are very happy.

If you do go with this company, you will need to expect a little work on your part for scheduling and making sure everything is correct. It was my hope to be giving a 5 star rating like the others who posted before, but this honestly was bad.

Would I recommend, only if price was the most important thing.....

Keith and his crew were fantastic-from the bidding process through completion of a job-very professional throughout. Actually asked if would mind if stayed into the evening in order to complete the job and not have to disturb us the following day therefore completing ahead of schedule. Highly recommend for any of your electrical and solar needs! Mahalo KM
