I just spoke to an elderly man phone 4326835669 who ended up telling me that he has been denying claims with first american home warranty for years. He stated that's how he gets paid. After discussing his findings about my rental property I was told he found a switch that he said was missing then said he meant it was broken and that's the same thing. This is the reason the electrical outlet does not work. In the next bedroom he stated that the fan blades were bent and missing a screw and this was the reason the electrical outlet was not working. I asked him if he has a business licence and he said why no he does this to make side money. Then he said yes he has a license and hung up on me. I attempted to call him back and it went to voice mail. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing charges with an attorney with this company and person.

I had a panel box go bad in my house. I initiated the issue with my home warranty company around 8 pm. The electric company called me at 9:15 pm to check if I needed help right away. I had already turned off the power and knew that we wouldn't be able to initiate work or buy parts that late so he was there promptly at 8 am the next morning. He checked the box and confirmed the problem. He then contacted the home warranty company. They approved authorization at 1 pm that day. The electrician came back and did a phenomenal job at installing a completely new panel box. The difference in the arrangement and organization inside the box is night and day. He also took less time than what he had originally estimated and left the work area in better condition than how he found it. If I have any electrical needs I will be contacting them for the work.
