The service was shoddy, the house was a mess after they finished. Would not recommend them or hire them.

The scope of work was installation of recessed lights. Edgar was quite responsive initially when we discussed the scope of work. However, he ghosted me after they payment was made. The following are the problems that I faced with this business

1. They did not cover the room with any tarp/covering. As a result, my sofa, floor, carpet and bedding all had the drywall powder it it. They even left scratches on my wooden flooring. This is a highly unprofessional. I had to spend hours after they left to clean up after them.

2. They made a wrong measurement and cut a hole in the drywall at the wrong place. When they 'fixed' the drywall, they made such a patchy work that I'm now forced to hire someone else to fix the drywall.

3. When we discussed initially, I had asked them to install recessed lights with cans. However, when they installed, they were canless recessed lights. So it would have been better to get the specification in writing.

4. There was no invoice given to the check payment that they took.

All in all, I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service.

K&E Home Solutions helped me install a laundry room 220V outlet, two ceiling lights in a sunroom, and wiring Internet/TV cables throughout the house.

I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs competent and reliable electricians. Their services were excellent for the following reasons:

1. High quality work (simple yet elegant approach to problem solving) with VERY competitive pricing
2. Very courteous. Willing to listen to customers and being very patient with explaining their plans.
3. Attentive to the details. Especially, I appreciate them for cleaning up carefully after completing their work
4. Very responsive and great communication, both text and in-person consultation.
5. Very motivated. Travelled to my house twice to answer my questions before starting the actual work.

After all, the results speak for itself.

We originally hired Edgar for a vent install in a bathroom and a light fixture install. Edgar and his crew did an excellent job. We then hired him to create a crawl space in a closet and they did a great job. Then we hired him for new door frames as well as a disposal electrical switch. He started the work for the disposal and then scheduled a follow-up that he and his crew would come out to do. I took time off of work for the day and dropped the dog off at daycare. I reached out to him the night before, no response. I reached out to him in the morning of the work, no response. I left countless text messages and phone calls. I have never received a response or call back. He did excellent work but has been really flakey which is the only downside. I now need to find a new electrician to finish the job which is very disappointing.

I'd be happy to change this review if we can get in touch and resolve the issues because the work is very good. It's just disappointing that communication is very poor.

Edgar was very helpful and the prices are reasonable. He was very responsive in setting up an appointment, especially when compared to the other companies I contacted. We had one electrical socket go out. He found and repaired the issue quickly, which was a burned electrical socket. This could've resulted in major issues for us. We are grateful to Edgar and we have his information saved should we run into any further electrical issues.

Edgar is very talented and flexible and understanding and week patiently hear you out without jumping to conclusions. Even at tunes when solutions aren't straight forward, Edgar sites this composure you come up with an alternate plan, with safety and quality in mind which can achieve the overall objective.

He worked on connecting my dangling switches to the power outlets of my choice with the available infrastructure, without complaining or discouraging me.

I had invested a good amount of money into buy a brand new Tesla and as any good owner I wanted to get the best for my car. Knowing how delicate wiring can be for electrical I didn't want just any amateur messing with my house cables so I asked my neighbor who just remodel their house to see who helped them out and that's how i meet Edgar owner of the company. I can only say great things about his work. He was very knowledgeable on his craft, accommodating to work with my schedule, clean with the job of installing my Tesla charger. He knew what he was doing and was a straight forward type of guy. Prices are reasonable since it's a family own business which is a huge plus because I know who is going in and out of my house.
