Ken and his partner were always on time, they paid attention to details, they cleaned up, and they came up with cool ideas that I had not thought of (like ways to hide wiring). They even spray painted the electrical boxes and wires brown or black, to make the items camouflage with my outdoor space. I hope to always have Ken return to complete any future electrical work. I have a need to replace to add a ceiling fan in my home. I called (mid December) and spoke directly with Ken. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in describing my options. I believe that he is a talented electrician. He indicated that he was booked with work into January but would send me a proposal for the work. He gave me some budget costs (which seemed reasonable to me) and promised to e-mail me a proposal. I had planned on traveling into January so the service delay would not pose a problem.
I have subsequently left 3 messages for Ken and have not received the proposal for the work nor a simple return courtesy call- leaving me perplexed.

Ken had a good opportunity to take part in the growing ""Make Electricians Great Again"" movement but failed in the communication department.
