Ken and his crew are really great. He came out same day to complete an estimate for an electric panel upgrade. We believe his company was the only one not to upcharge us due to the PG&E extra steps in turning on/off power and his bid came in as the lowest.

Afterwards we needed someone to look at why some of our electrical outlets were not working. He was able to send someone over the next day and not only did he get the outlets working, we radded some new lines as well. Awesome job. Compare this to another company we had run 1 wire on another house cost 2x as much for the same amount of billable hours. We have already recommended K Butler to anyone who has needed electric work.

K Butler Electric is 5 stars across the board! After spending some time researching and getting quotes from multiple places, we decided to use K Butler Electric. Ken (the owner) is very personable, nice and very knowledgeable. He only recommends what is best and fair. He will never cheat you into something that you don't need. We updated our electrical in the kitchen, bathroom and garage and also added recessed lighting throughout the house along with other little things (adding outlets in certain areas of the house and adding some ground rods to the electrical panel).

The two main guys (Mike and Jeremy) who worked on my house were very personable, professional and made sure that the job is done right! There was a third guy who helped on the last day, but I forgot his name. He was also very nice and professional. The job took about 2 1/2 days and they were very efficient with the amount of work that needed to be done. I made sure they were happy by buying them breakfast in the mornings. They did amazing work!

Their pricing is very affordable and would use them again! I couldn't be happier with who we chose and how everything turned out. Great service, great results, great people!

The guys from KButler installed a number of flush mount can lights in our house, plus several dimmer switches, and removed the old wooden fluorescent box. Ken provided an estimate very quickly, which was $500 less than a competitor. They arrived on time, did a fabulous job, and were very professional. Highly recommended!

Thank you first of all. I was having some issues with a 4 way switch and some can lights that were in need of upgrading due to the ballast being out. Called him up and made an appointment. One of his work crew showed up right on time and got to work. He was able to fix my issue (the on I had caused in the first place) and changed the fixed the light cans I needed help with. He was swift at getting the stuff done. And cleaned up his mess at the end. I am super happy I called them to finally help me out. I can't believe I lived with these problems that took less than 2 hours to remedy.

My experience with Ken Butler Electric couldn't have been better. He first repaired a plug for a water heater, and then came back another day to run power for a new gas hearth conversion. Mike Butler did the work. Both visits he showed up exactly on time, performed the work, and charged as agreed in advance. I would definitely call them again, and not hesitate to recommend them.

Butler Electric was great at trouble shooting a dead kitchen outlet. I was quoted an estimate over the phone , they came out on time and the appointment ran longer than the estimate. Not only did they fix my dead outlet that turned out to be much more involved & labor intensive, they honored the quote given by the owner! I didn't have to argue over the quoted amount, they just charged me the original amount. Not only are they honest hard workers, they offered to put all my pots & pans away after they cleaned up!
I feel fortunate to have found a local and honest and electrician!
