In 1981, K-bar Electric (Kenneth Bryant) and Texas Electric (Delbert Barry) united to create K-bar Texas Electric Inc.. In 1997, Donny Barry took over management of the company and acquired it in 2001 after his father's passing. The company originally specialized in oilfield electrical work. As the years passed, we diversified into commercial projects, home services, and hydrovac excavation.

Since 1980, the business has remained in the family. I began managing the company for the owners in 1997. I then purchased the company in 2001. Since then, we have experienced continuous growth.
