For more than 45 years, JV Electric has proudly provided top-notch service to San Antonio and Central Texas. Whether it's commercial electrical work or residential tasks, we cover it all. No project is too large or too small for the skilled team at JV Electric.

In 1970, Jesse Villarreal Sr. launched the business known as Jesse Villarreal Electrical Contractors. Prior to founding the company, he served as President and General Manager at Jesse & Chandler Electrical Contractors, a major player in South Texas's electrical industry. In 1992, Jesse Villarreal, Jr. took over the company after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1983 and working his way up through roles as an electrician, estimator, master electrician, and ultimately general manager and president.

JV Electric has undertaken a variety of projects over the years, such as hotels, shopping centers, medical facilities, schools, retail outlets, restaurants, office buildings, and manufacturing plants. We have worked from Dallas to Corpus Christi, primarily serving the San Antonio region.
