Jesse Villarreal Sr. established the company in 1970 under the name Jesse Villarreal Electrical Contractors. Before this, he was the President and General Manager of Jesse & Chandler Electrical Contractors, a leading electrical contractor in South Texas. Jesse Villarreal, Jr. became the owner in 1992, following his graduation with a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1983 and working his way up through roles as an electrician, estimator, master electrician, and ultimately general manager and president.

JV Electric has undertaken a variety of projects over the years, such as hotels, shopping centers, medical facilities, schools, retail outlets, restaurants, office buildings, and manufacturing plants. Our projects extend from Dallas to Corpus Christi, with our main focus being the San Antonio area.
