Jesse Villarreal Sr. established the company in 1970 under the name Jesse Villarreal Electrical Contractors. Prior to founding the company, he served as President and General Manager at Jesse & Chandler Electrical Contractors, a major player in South Texas's electrical industry. After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1983, Jesse Villarreal, Jr. assumed ownership in 1992 and working his way up through roles as an electrician, estimator, master electrician, and ultimately general manager and president.

Throughout the years, JV Electric has completed a diverse range of projects, including hotels, shopping centers, medical facilities, schools, retail stores, restaurants, office buildings, and manufacturing plants. Our projects extend from Dallas to Corpus Christi, with our main focus being the San Antonio area.
