I tried to install a light timer and although for some this was an easy job, for me it was a challenge. I had 3 wires to install and all the wires where the same color, that lead to different areas of my house. After trying various combinations, I decided to call JV Electric. Joe came out and didn't judge or laugh at me, he just got right to work and fixed my issue. He explained to me what I did wrong for the next time. I completely appreciate Joe's professionalism and will keep his card for the next time I need help.

Hired JV Electric to do an emergency job that has to be coordinated with PG&E in which it was very frustrated to work with , cuz I have to work with PG&E schedule despite that my electric isue was an emergency. So PG&E had to disconnect the cables coming from the main pole on the street. In order to replace the cables coming out from the main panel through the overhead pole . I'm glad that house did not caught fire. PG&E make me wait 2 week. I'm very thankful that JV Electric was able to work with PG&E schedule. Joe, owner of JV Electric was very responsive with my text and call since this job has to be coordinated with PG&E. Plus he came to my property few time too.
Definitely, Joe deserved 10 stars not 5.
