This guy, Fritz Pineda, is the rip off of the century! He did a job for us on the replacement of three circuit breakers in our Electrical panel. He is unethical and deserves to be shunned for any work you would have him do. Beware of anything you ask him to do; he will overcharge you by 400%. Apparently he has done this many times before and I warn you do not hire this guy to do anything.
He charged us $1,450 to replace 3 circuit breakers on our panel. I asked several other electricians over the next week what this should have cost on a Sunday afternoon- $300 to $400. I have asked him to provide a partial refund and he flatly refused. I will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau,
and CA contractor licensing board.

Fritz came to my home on May 26, 2017, he was was friendly and professional. He repaired my electrical problem and relocated an electrical outlet for a reasonable price. I was very satisfied with his work.

Do not use or trust this company! I am an electrician and was called to the home of a 90 year old woman in a mobile home park the day after these guys worked on her place (I was there because she had a problem with her heater). She called them out for a flickering light because she saw their ad in the local flyer. The only thing that was wrong was a malfunctioning cfl light bulb. While they were there they convinced her to replace the receptacles in her kitchen and bathroom (4 total) with gfci receptacles. They said they would put in the ""new style"" gfci's for... $185 each!!! She was concerned about safety so she told them to do it. The ""new"" gfci's are supposed to be tamper resistant and self testing, which they did not use. What they put in was a mixed bag of old and non matching colors of gfci's (they didn't even match the color of the switches they were sharing a box with). It makes me so angry to see the elderly get taken advantage of. They charged her $740 for a job that should have been less than $200. As I read these other reviews, I see that ripping people off is a common thing with this company. I hope they sleep well at night after they ripped off a 90 year old woman!

If I could leave Zero stars, I would. My family had the worst experience with one of their technicians, whose name is Frank. We had a change of heart last minute and when he arrived we tried to explain that we wouldn't need his services anymore which was just to install 2 new smoke detectors. We were supposed to receive a phonecall from him but he never called to confirm the appointment.There was a miscommunication between my dad who unfortunately made the appointment after finding this company in an ad from El Aviso (my dad is not Yelp savvy or tech savvy). Once this man arrived, he tried to argue with my sister who answered the door and she tried to explain we wouldn't need him for the appointment. This didn't sit well with him and he went on and said that we wasted his time and gas and that if we were canceling he would charge us $50 just to come out. Are you kidding me? The ad says ""free estinates"". We learned this info after the fact. He kept on insisting to talk to my mom because he was under the impression she was in charge because my father wasn't home. This whole time he was still at the door and he was trying to look inside the house. Instead of paying for nothing, we took the hit and decided to let him install our smoke detectors which took 10 minutes! He spent more time insulting our kitchen lighting and trying to hustle my family into getting more work done. Wtf? The total? $100 dollars for 2 smoke detectors. We were sooooo pissed. Don't use this company.

I agree with his last review. He charged us twice when the work should have been done the first time. We were overcharged for the work that he did. I will not use him for future work.

Lying thief. This is a late post but Fritz is a jackass!
I needed electrical wiring installed for a jacuzzi. I sent Fritz emails of what the jacuzzi company said I needed. During installation , I even had Fritz talk directly to the owner of the jacuzzi company to make sure everything was correct. Fritz assured me that everything was fine and had me sign his paperwork that if he had to come back out there would be an additional charge.
The jackass did this knowing full well he installed the wrong wiring and I had to have him come out and install the correct wiring. After threatening to take him to small claims court , he reduced the price slightly. In hindsight , I should have taken him to small claims court and refused to pay him.
I commented to him about how his shirt said they guarantee their work and customer service is first. He claimed it was an old shirt. It was also on his paperwork too.
Do not use this company, he's a lying Thief and a piece of s*** to boot! He should get a -5

If you want professional service Just Electric is what you need , Mr Fritz would be the best choice for your electrical needs, very professional and will never cut corners, I won't guarantee the cheapest price but you will get a reasonable price with quality work for sure, his very honest And reliable. The work that he performs is always up to code.

I dealt did other electrical company's that lack professionalism.

I'm in the wrong business this guy charged almost $900 to restore power to the house. I could understand $250 maybe even $350 but this guy clearly took advantage of it being after hrs 6:00 pm and really no one else to call. I had no choice but to pay him or be on the dark all night this is basically what I paid almost $900 for
