Excellent service. First time customer, called on a late Friday afternoon before a major holiday weekend at 4:15pm, and got a quick response from Frank. They promised to be there sometime between 5-6pm, but the technician Fritz showed up exactly on time at 5pm, and I told him of two major electrical issues inside my house. He performed a thorough evaluation of the local areas and circuit box before giving me a detailed diagnosis and proposed work plan. After I agreed to it, he performed the work professionally and courteously, not minding the messiness he had to work around or the loud barking of my excited dogs. The process took only two hours; it might have gone faster but he patiently took the time to answer my questions and explain how to avoid future issues. Once done, we checked the work and both problems were fully resolved. Fritz restored my power, replaced receptacles, and replaced a breaker to fix everything. I am very happy I contacted Just Electric and will be definitely reaching out to them for all my electric needs, not just emergency repairs but also for overdue upkeep and sensible replacements. Bad experience, Technician says a line break estimate $1600. I said too high then came back with $800.
I called another place, Thomas electric and he walked me through the problem over the phone (tripped breaker).

I called Just Electric for a last minute service and the technician they sent (Fritz) did a great job! I needed help replacing a two pronged outlet that had some wiring issues, and Fritz came to help on a Sunday afternoon! The outlet was replaced with a standard three prong in no time. I will be working with Just Electric for my future electrical needs and Fritz was so great!!

As stated from others, having 2 (two) Yelp Pages IS FISHY. I wished I would have read these reviews (first) before making a decision to use Just Electric / Fritz Pineda.
Last comment he made to me before leaving was... It's JUST money, you can't take it with you. Smh, to which I replied, I have 2 young adults (19 and 17) one in college and the other about to start. Fritz mentioned he has a son, but obviously MUST HAVE FORGOTTEN what it's like to raise a child / children.

Quality of work you ask? He did not do anything (other than tighten a few loose connections) and charged us $1225.00!!! $875 for tightening 2 or 3 loose connections and $350 to check all the electrical outlets. So let's put this into perspective. How long do you think it would take you to put a meter into all the plugs in your house to see if they work or not? 30 minutes maybe? Probably less.

He mentioned the Panel Box needed to be cleaned and greased and this would be an additional $250. Grant it, None of 3 companies who came behind him agreed. Service Champions, Edison and Abide Electric (which I highly recommend by the way). Just Electric WANTED TO COME BACK and fix his suggestions / some thing I had already mentioned for ANOTHER WHOPPING $1400.00!!! Abide Electric came and fixed everything Just Electric mentioned for (under $600) - that's was less than half of what Fritz quoted us. Remember... some things didn't need to be done, like cleaning the panel box. Replacing a double breaker... smh, grounding 8 outlets...

Just Electric missed 1 of the 2 issues I mentioned to them. I had to show pics that an unlicensed electrician took previously. We also believe that since we mentioned to J.E. prior to him coming, he should have fixed while he was here (for a 2nd time) I might ad in which he charged a consultant fee of $65.

J.E (Just Electric) mentioned possibly having to run a ground wire and this would be hard or more difficult to do. He stated the kitchen, bathrooms and 3 outdoor electric outlets (may) need to be grounded and this was 1 of the reasons the price of a 3rd trip to fix these things was SO HIGH. When Abide Electric came out, 7 of the 8 WERE GROUNDED FRITZ! Smh (shaking my head). If we had taken all of J.E. suggestions, we'd be out of almost 3K!!!

Again 3 other companies after J.E did not agree with Fritz suggestion of cleaning the bars. Edison, did come to replace the wiring to the house - J.E suggested. But J.E made a whole lot of suggestions and hardly did any work (as I mentioned above)... a 20 min inspection and tightening some loose wires, DID NOT repair all that was mentioned for $1225!

We are currently in dispute with J.E and our credit card company, TRYING to get a partial refund of half of the money we paid. I have nicely asked twice that he show some consideration. So far, no reply.

Save yourself a headache and look around for a different (licensed) electrician / company. This guy doesn't value your HARD EARNED MONEY!

I've called Just Electric to do several jobs on my house. The most recent was to replace all of the light fixtures, inside and out, and install new outlets in the garage. The technicians have gone above and beyond in their service, including extra repairs at no additional charge. I also ordered the Ring security floodlights/camera and doorbell last year. Fritz came out on a Saturday and installed everything. He helped me set up the system and stayed until I had it set up on my phone, then followed up the next day to make sure everything was working and I was happy. The year before that he repaired my panel, including calling Edison for me and telling them the problem. My house is older and definitely a fixer upper. He knows a lot about the limitations of older homes and works with you, never trying to take advantage or oversell. I cannot speak highly enough of Just Electric--highly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and high levels of professionalism. This company is my go-to for any electrical repairs on my home.

We used their services a few years ago, now that we have our business and after bad experiences with other electricians, JUST ELECTRIC has done everything electrical in our installation, until today everything is going well. dealing with different electricians can cause shorts or something to regret makes me anxious, however now that we stick just with JUST ELECTRIC I can focus on my own the business.

Why didn't I check this before I used them - overpriced, demeaning. not a good experience at all. I think all he had to do was reset the breakers for an outage, but he wanted to charge 1200. Settled for 475 to get my lights on again, but wowzers, still a lot. He was incredulous when I said I was a teacher. ""You're still teaching?"", I guess he thought I was too ancient to be around kids?? Then when I questioned the 1200 charge, he reminded me that ""this is not the 1980's"".

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Same story as all the other reviews.....this is not a legit electrical contractor, this is a marketing room that dispatches unqualified technicians and then mark them up.

They charged us $1,450 for a 1-hour job where they found a loose wire. The technician apologized to me for the price and told me to call him direct next time.

This company is a total scam and ripoff. We had them come out for an estimate on a small pool house, we wanted four outlets and two lights put in a 10x12 pool house and also change a 220 outlet back to 110 they want to charge $2,300 for this. Then the tech tried to upgrade to a bunch of things we didn't even want for a grand total of $5,000. He was very pushy and very unprofessional. Then to top it off they charged us $90 to come out and give an estimate and refused to take a check or card, cash only. We got another estimate for the exact same work that came out to $1,300. Do not use this company I am sure that every good review written was written by them because there is no way this company is honest at all!!!!!
