Just a heads up they charge a $95 estimate/driving fee which supposedly goes towards the job total if you decide to use their services but if you don't use their services you pay for the estimate. They are exceptionally expensive and no way affordable. My mother is an elderly woman and would not be able to afford a light switch repair for $300!!!! So since we didn't use their services had to pay and overpriced $95. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM. Use someone else and ask about estimate pricing.

Jose showed up today, couldn't even figure out where the beeping was coming from at first. He strolls in, tells us to maybe check the drawer, and boom - we find the beeping smoke detector ourselves. The guy was here for barely 15 minutes, then had the audacity to charge $80 for doing nothing and takes another $100 for a so-called ""service fee.""

We call him out for not doing any actual electrical work, and he gets frustrated, insisting that he ""rightfully"" deserves $180 for ""solving the problem."" When we asked for an invoice, he claimed the amount was ""too small"" to even bother generating one.

STAY THE HELL AWAY from these SCAMMERS and save yourself the money and frustration!

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will scam you out of major money.
Power went out. Determined our main breaker went out.
We bought a new breaker for $75.00 @ Ace. Called Fritz, he pre-charged $175.00 service fee as we called after-hours (totally fine). Technician came out and quoted us $1275.00 to clean out the box and put in a NEW part, as he advised we had bought the wrong part. We politely declined and then he offered to do it w/ our ""wrong"" part for $750.00. We again declined. Had our neighbor, who does electrical work, come over. He put in the part we bought and power was back on in less than 10 mins. He advised no company should charge for than $400.00 for that service. Texted Fritz my disappointment and of course, no response.

Beware of Fritz and Frank quotes. These two are hustlers. Frank came and quoted $850. I had similar issue about two years ago. It only costed me about $300. And that was a bit high for less than two minutes of work. He then offer me $500 and all the bs that he pressure me to go with offer. I tried to decline. He again bs me with all reasons and was going to charge me $100 for his one minute diagnostic work. I wanted to send him back and try to get another quote. Once again, he wouln't just simply leave and offer more of his bs in front of my tenant who insisted of get it done now. So I didn't have much of a choice. I kind have to go with it. He worked on it for about two minutes. That was $500. He even siad that It took longer for me to Zelle him the $500 than his work.

Beware! fritz is liar and crook! My power went out in one room. He came to my home looked around at insantly gave me a quote for $14000 then later told me I needed more work done another $900! I was desperate to get power back on because I had my 3 month old granddaughter visiting me. Come to find out he ripped us off! $2300 he didn't do the work he said he did! How can you enter people's homes lie and take their hardworking money?! All these bad reviews are true! Don't do business with this company!!!! Thank God for cameras so now I have prove he didn't do the work he said he did. I'm ready to sue for my money back!

The worst service ever. I was told to replace an outlet would cost $89 and when the person changed it tried to charge me $380. I was brought up the initial agreement and he ended up charging $250. What a ripoff. Please stay away don't let this happen to any of you. I can't even give 1 star.

Electrical circuits not working on one wall of house.  Some flickering prior to going out.  Electrician only checked the fuse box and split a circuit breaker (not tripped) claiming it to be the cause of the problem.  Lights worked for a couple of weeks then shorted again.  Electrician never entered the home to check for faulty electrical sockets, even when requested by customer.  Problems seems basic and testing the electrical sockets appears to be electricity 101.  Electrician returned to the site and claimed there is no problem with the work he did at the fuse box.  Well Sir, you failed to test or troubleshoot and the problem still exists.  Electrician offered to troubleshoot and make repair for another $1500.  What will you be repairing if you fail to fully test and troubleshoot.  It's like changing the battery on a car when the alternator is bad or visa versa.  Really???  I cannot recommend this business. Please save yourself the headache and money. Had supposed electrician come and kept raising the price . Went from 500 to $1,850. This guy took two days just to burn out my tv and nothing was fixed. So upset right now that I got duked. They say they are licensed but this guys is not professional and all he cares about is trying to see how much money he can get out of you . People please do your research and avoid being in the same situation as me !

Just Electric is NO GOOD. These scammers saw an opportunity and they took advantage. My husband and came back from a funeral out of state and noticed our electricity in our home was partially out.

We then called Just Electric to come and diagnose the problem and after having evaluated the situation he found that there was a shortage and gave us an estimate of $1500 but later offered to charge us only $1200 if we payed in cash.

Initially we voiced our concerns about the price being a little steep, but the technician assured us than if he fixed the problem in less than an hour or two, he would lower the price.

After about an hour, the technician restored the lights in the house, HOWEVER instead of ""fixing"" the shortage, he solved it by disconnecting the shortage, leaving the outside of my house without electricity and insisted we hire someone to fix the shortage he disconnected, took the money and called it a day.

We attempted to reach out to them to follow up on the ""fixing"" part of our agreement but were turned down having already been paid in full (cash $1200)

DONT LET JUST ELECTRIC TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. My husband and I are in our 70's and we feel these CROOKS saw an elderly couple they can take advantage of and took the first opportunity blatant and with no remorse, assuming we were ignorant and just had money to throw away.

Regardless, the technician came with an attitude of trying to find the fastest way solve the call, but did a half baked job , had poor work ethic, and 0% expertise in his field of work and still had the gull to talk down to us. They deserve what's coming to them.

Excellent service. First time customer, called on a late Friday afternoon before a major holiday weekend at 4:15pm, and got a quick response from Frank. They promised to be there sometime between 5-6pm, but the technician Fritz showed up exactly on time at 5pm, and I told him of two major electrical issues inside my house. He performed a thorough evaluation of the local areas and circuit box before giving me a detailed diagnosis and proposed work plan. After I agreed to it, he performed the work professionally and courteously, not minding the messiness he had to work around or the loud barking of my excited dogs. The process took only two hours; it might have gone faster but he patiently took the time to answer my questions and explain how to avoid future issues. Once done, we checked the work and both problems were fully resolved. Fritz restored my power, replaced receptacles, and replaced a breaker to fix everything. I am very happy I contacted Just Electric and will be definitely reaching out to them for all my electric needs, not just emergency repairs but also for overdue upkeep and sensible replacements. Thanks again Fritz!
