I live in an older house and had issues with an outlet occasionally burning out and shutting power off to a section of the house. I always try to support local businesses so I called and spoke with John who listened to my problem and was able to send Steve within a couple hours. Steve had a good idea of what was wrong and corrected the old wiring in all 8 outlets which were on the same circuit and replaced a burned out outlet in about 2 hours. Price was reasonable and I was happy to pay for high quality work. Will call on them again if needed.

John was very accommodating. Electricity went out in my neighborhood and when it returned, part of my house had no electricity. I called John and he was willing to help me out that same day. He informed me of his hourly rate up front which was reasonable and he showed up as promised. He is an excellent communicator and kept me informed. He completed the repair in timely and profession fashion. I plan on hiring him to replace my breaker and rewire my home. I was very pleased with John.

My contractor recommended JSA to replace a gable fan that broke. John returned my call very quickly. He made a coupe of recommendations on how to replace it and had someone out within a few days. They showed up on time to make the repairs and had an excellent model to replace the fan. They made sure I knew how to operate the fan. They are are the top of my list next time I need work.
