I contacted JPEG via Angie's list for an entire replacement of my works Emergency & Exit lights. I was immediately contacted and within a few days an Electrician was promptly at our doorstep. He was professional, courteous and extremely efficient. He got right to work, literally NOT STOPPING all day until the job was done. I was extremely appreciative & impressed at this gentleman's work ethic. His name was ""Richard"" and I could not recommend him or this company HIGHER. Very impressed and grateful.

The overhead tube light in our bedroom closet had a mind of its own. It decided when it wanted to turn on. Many times the failed flicker of the switch would just make us say forget about it. It took us 3 years to finally bite the bullet and make the call. So glad we did. From start to finish, this company was on the ball. No missed appointment and no price gouging. The electrician installed LED tube lighting and now every time we flip the switch our world is eliminated.

I am very angry and frustrated with JPEG Inc today. I waited ALL WEEK for them to come and repair a burned out ballast in my main bathroom. This morning I got a call from the repairman that's he couldn't park next to my building in downtown Miami so he was cancelling the request and leaving. This is completely bogus because there is a loading zone at my building that contractors and technicians use all day long. There's also a service elevator that goes straight to my unit only a few feet away. I explained all this to him and he said he it wasn't good enough. Totally outrageous. Do not use these people. They will just waste your time and leave you hanging.

Mark and his team absolutely saved my business!!! We had a MAJOR issue as we lost power to our entire restaurant 2 days before our biggest day of the year!! He worked tirelessly!! I mean day and night trying to get us back up and running. He was in constant communication and his empathy and dedication to my situation was amazing! Needless to say he got us up and running. They were super helpful and fast too. I needed to get overhead lighting installed in my house and they came the next day and got it done pretty quickly. He even took his shoes off so he wouldn't damage my new carpet! Awesome service.

Excellent Company. I'm in my sixties now and have had my share of so called electricians. I spoke to the owner a couple of times about what wasn't working and he sent a guy out. The young man spoke to his boss on the phone. The boss Marc gave me a price of $700.00. And I said can you put it in writing he said yes, so I said go ahead and fix it! Every other company gave me prices from $975.00 to $1800.00!! Everything that Marc fixed 8 months ago is still working!!!!
I would recommend Marc to anyone!!!

Used this company for electrical work on my home. Not only was this experience extremely professional, but the work was thorough and affordable. Definitely recommend JPEG for any electrical work as I had a very positive experience.

I hired these guys to fix a short-circuit on my manufactured home. When I asked if they were experience in this kind of home, they told me ""electrical circuits are all the same"". They charged me US$ 128 for 1:15 min of work and I needed to watch the technical guy talking on the phone with another customer on my dime while he was working on my problem. They solved the problem and leave. Before the assigned technician go, I requested an estimate to rewire my entire home.

One week passed by and I did not received the promised quote (""24 hours tops"", the technician said). Worse than that, part of my home - the very circuit they ""fixed"" - stop working. After chasing these guys for 2 days, they told me that NO WARRANTY was involved on the first service. I should pay another $128 to get my ""problem troubleshoot once more"". The cherry on the sundae: they refused to give me an estimate to do the re-wiring job. And the owner was extremely rude and saying all this to me. The reason? They were not experts in manufactured homes... Deplorable people: the small business that is the worst America can offer.
