With over 18 years in the industry, our owner, Julio Pereira is a graduate of the University of Fortaleza in Electrical Engineering. His background features projects for major shopping centers, including Mitsubishi, Citroen, Toyota, and Hyundai, along with over 15 buildings for Icon Construction. At present, he specializes in remodeling both homes and businesses, smart home installations, security camera setups, handyman tasks, interior and exterior painting, electrical installations, and lighting solutions.
