Bringing 18+ years of expertise, our owner, Julio Pereira is a graduate of the University of Fortaleza in Electrical Engineering. His background features large retail complexes, such as Mitsubishi, Citroen, Toyota, and Hyundai, along with over 15 buildings for Icon Construction. Today, he dedicates his efforts to residential and commercial renovations, automated systems, installation of surveillance systems, handyman tasks, interior and exterior painting, electrical work, and lighting services.
