Post Covid I've met some great electricians but JP electrics really stands out. Not only he is very honest, he has shown great empathy to me.

He came over today to see if he could add a new 14-50 outlet. Unfortunately due to age of my home panel he could not do it. He really wrestled with trying to give me the most affordable solution but couldn't come up with one at this time, that did not involve upgrading my panel.

This is not why JP is so great. Soon after he left a part of my house lost power. I knew it wasn't him because I was watching his the entire time. When I called and said my power was out he did not hesitate one minute and said he'd be right over. He quickly diagnosed the problem and sure enough it wasn't him. It was a lose screw on the panel that shorted the breaker. He retighten all the screws.

I tried to give him some money for his diagnosed but he refused. He said he had to make sure he didn't cause any problems.

If you have any electrical issue please give him a call. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I tripped the outlets in my bedroom (which tripped the other bedrooms and living room) from having all my grow lights plugged in to too many extension cords and JP Electrics was great to work with, it was a simple flip of a switch to fix but he also came back the following week to add two extra outlets for my lights. His work was clean and exactly what I needed done. I am very satisfied with his work and happy to have peace of mind that I won't burn the house down with my grow lights.

The 2 outlets in a section of my kitchen stopped working and I couldn't figure out what was wrong after trying to reset the circuit breakers. I contacted a few companies before JP Electrics and each time, I was told there was a $175-200 fee just to come and see what's the problem. Thankfully, I also contacted JP Electrics. The owner messaged me and gave me a quick tip to try and then if that didn't work, he told me to call him. After trying his tip, it fixed the problem and everything worked perfectly. If Park J was very helpful will this little issue, I'm sure he will be helpful with the bigger projects as well. Thanks again for your help!!!

We had a complex project on having a tv plug behind tv. I was searching for a reasonable quote yet licensed and expert. After a lot of search, I for John Park's info on Yelp. He came in for free, gave me clear scope and suggestions. His quote was fair. He came in and finished the project within 3 hours.

There was a problem of communication from my side which increased the scope of work. Instead of shying away from the extra ask, he came once again to make the customer happy and went extra yard to help me.

Called JP electric after getting a suspect quote to fix flickering lights in my house. So glad I did. John showed up on short notice and did a thorough check of the situation...my 100 amp was not able to keep up with my power usage, so a 200 amp panel was needed. John explained the process, helped with the permit, and checked in frequently while waiting for Edison to approve. I felt very confident in the work being done and the price I was paying. Written estimates were used and the work was completed timely. We passed inspection and my problems were resolved. I highly recommend JP Electric. This is a good and honest electrician.

Got a handful of quotes from electricians in the area for a Tesla wall charger install with ~60ft of wiring and an outlet extension. JP was by far the most responsive and detailed. He does honest work, doesn't cut corners, and really cares about the important things - aesthetics, cleaning the work area, safety, etc.

He is licensed and his work is backed by warranty with an insurance policy, which is a huge plus.

I would highly recommend his work and plan on calling him for any electric work in the future.

JP was consistent in his replies, provided me a more than reasonable quote, and made time in his busy schedule to come check out and install an EV charger in my home the next day. I couldn't be more pleased with his services. My relatives' home needed a panel upgrade, and although JP said he's not doing those at the moment, he still came by my parents to check their panel and provide us an idea of reasonable quotes to look for. JP is very considerate and professional. I highly recommend his services.
