Update: another 5 star. I've used Joules Electric 2 more times after they installed my generator and they all have been pleasant experiences. 2nd time to repair my heater pipe that broke off from a tree and the 3rd time to service my generac generator. I set up an appointment by text, they come and do the service and than bill for the repair. Its pretty straight forward.

If you own a rental in the Lake Arrowhead area, the need for a generator not only gives you peace of mind but also eliminates your renters from complaining that they do not have any power.

I found Joules Electric when I needed to connect my jacuzzi to my panel 50 feet away. He was very efficient, clean, and fair with the pricing.

When it came time to get a generator. I was diligent in finding at least 4 quotes. Not only was Jordan very fair on the price, but he took the time to explain to me the different models for my needs. There was no pressure to sign on the dotted line, and I didn't get the feeling he was trying to upsell, unlike other installers.

The process did take a few months, but that was because of the permitting process. Jordan was actively engaging with the county, So Cal Edison, and the inspectors. Jordan and his guys took great care during the installation. Even making sure all the little things are done like siliconing all gaps and relighting my water heater.

I am very happy now that I was able to find an honest, clean, efficient, fairly priced electrician on the mountain.

Man am I glad I used these folks! I have a Generac home generator that had a trickle charge failure due to an Edison power surge. I called around and could not get a local electrical contractor to return my calls. I finally got a referral from another contractor who raved about Joules Electric so, I called them. Am I glad i did!
Jordan (owner) is a factory trained authorized dealer in Generac products. He and his team quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem ordered and installed the faulty part. Mind you, this is a10 year old, 16KW generator. the repair was prompt and, the cost was exceptionally reasonable!
Because of their exceptional service, i had then perform additional electrical work that was done timely and accurately and, again at a very reasonable cost.
If you want a rare service, that is a friendly, efficient, clean, knowledgeable and cost effective, this is your team!
I will certainly have them attend to ANY of our future electrical needs.
