Just before Christmas we had Electric issues in our house. PG+E helped locate the problem, but we needed an electrician to really find - and more importantly fix - it. As the holidays were coming up, we were worried we would have to wait long. But Josh answered the phone right away, offered to come by two days later, and when his schedule opened up, he even came a little earlier.
The reliable communication was very impressive already.
When Josh arrived, he thoroughly looked at the problem, fixed it efficiently and with minimal damage to the walls, replaced all faulty parts and even cleaned up afterwards. Things suddenly worked, and it looked like he never even been there.

Besides that Josh was just pleasant to work with, and he charged a fair price, billed very transparently.

Josh did a great job fixing a broken breaker switch at our condo in SF today. After having the unit carpet cleaned yesterday we found out one of the main breaker switches had broken. New renters were scheduled to move in today at 10am. We sent test messages out to 4 electricians, explaining what we needed, ASAP! Josh was the only person to respond. He saved the day. I just had the pleasure of interacting with Josh Frost. He is easily the electrician I've worked with in the city. Believe me when I say that I've been through the ringer with multiple other ""electricians"" before - people who constantly try to upsell you on jobs and things that are patently just not required. Josh is the opposite.

He came by to do an initial scope of the work and was incredibly professional, polite, and patient with me. He didn't waste any time and jumped right into the work to fix exactly what was wrong.
