When he fixed my switch on my swamp he remembered my house and told me he had wired this house some 30 years ago. Joe, you are the BEST.

Very rude! We needed an electrician for a outlet so My father called and asked questions basically called for a quote and he was very rude to him. He told my father to call him back a certain time to see ""if he was even able to make it"" we didn't bother to call back. Gave business to someone else, rather give business to someone that's gonna actually be willing to come and someone who isn't rude.. don't even bother with this man.

We needed someone to check our circuit breaker in Phelan. He'd helped us six years earlier with setting up our panel. He remembered us when we called him today. He stopped by to check it out for us and found there was no issue. My dad tried to offer him a payment for his time but he wouldn't accept it as there was no issue. Hard to find electricians as honest as Joe these days. If you have any electrician needs, he's your guy.

I am so greatful there are such helpful and kind people like Joe. I had some crazy electrical issues and all though he was very busy and not able to make an emergency trip out to my home he was so helpful in helping my friend self diagnose and trouble shoot some problems that actually worked and now I'm all restored and working again. Can't say thank you enough!!

Called with a receptacle that was without power. He suggested a solution over the phone. I was able to fix the problem myself, a broken wire in another box. What an honest man willing to offer solutions that prevent an expensive call. Thank you!!

if you need any electric work done, call these guys, they are AAA. xlent work. really fair prices. had them put 2 exhaust fans with light fixtures in my 2 bathrooms , really did a super job. will always use them now, anytime i need any electric work done

This review is simply based on the conversation we had while giving me a quote. (We were on the phone, Jones was at the physical location, I couldn't be present.)
Jones was rude and condescending. If someone contacts you for a quote, obviously they're interested in having the work done. Why assume otherwise?
Also, if the potential customer put the building in a specific location on their property, there's obviously a reason for that. His rude .2¢ in that regard was quit unnecessary.
Will NOT be using his services.
Especially after he divulged what a big procrastinator he was and it could take over a week to get the quote. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere. Someplace where customer service is still recognized.

We called Andrew on Sunday afternoon & he came out w/in 30 mins to help troubleshoot our electrical problem, which just turned out to be a fuse. His price was fair & we'd use his services again.
