...an interesting situation. While the other Yelp reviews seem to be from homeowners, and positive; my situation/experience was quite different.

My property management company secured this son and father team (yes, I did reverse father and son) to correct an identity and correct an odd electrical issue. While the father was informative, knowledgeable and courteous, I cannot attribute those characteristics to the son. Who is demonstrative towards his dad, in a hurry to assess or therefore not assess electrical issues, combative/inflexible when scheduling as well as being not pleasant and a little creepy, energy wise, for lack of a better description...that was my unfortunate experience.

In summary, the electrical issue still exists and has evolved in ways only a considerate, knowledgeable and dedicated electrician could assess and resolve.

Hopefully you deal with the dad, and cross your fingers if working/scheduling/looking for an electrical solution with the son.

Richie and Jack Jones are the best! Jones Electric is outstanding!! We had an outlet installed in our bathroom along with a dimmer switch.

In their haste to complete the job, my armoire was moved to the center of the dinning room. I was assured it would be returned to the wall, it was not. I have called and sent text messages to the company starting May 17, 2019 and it is now May 23. I have not received a reply from Jones Electric service. I am unable to move this heavy armoire and since it was moved by them i believe it should of been returned to its original location by them. This company was chosen by management.
