In their haste to complete the job, my armoire was moved to the center of the dinning room. I was assured it would be returned to the wall, it was not. I have called and sent text messages to the company starting May 17, 2019 and it is now May 23. I have not received a reply from Jones Electric service. I am unable to move this heavy armoire and since it was moved by them i believe it should of been returned to its original location by them. This company was chosen by management.

We had a handyman in to replace backup batteries in our 4 smoke alarms. Both in our 80s, we were still being kept awake by high-pitched tweeting. We found help on eBay. Rich Jones and his son Jack found a spot in their schedule the next day. They came in and recommended that the best fix would be to replace all 4 of the old alarms. In about 15 minutes, and for a totally fair price, we had a new smoke alarm system, guaranteed for 10 years.

I had three vendors and Jones Electric was the most honest and reasonable of all. My spa didnt turn on because the breakers for my spa was burnt in my main panel. The other vendors were charging me thousands of dollars to replace and rewire my entire panel which were not necessary. These guys replaced the burnt panels and fixed a bussing issue for a fraction of the price. Prompt, informative, and reliable. I wish there were more honest guys like them!
