They can be expensive but today is a perfect reason we will continue to do business with them.
Had some doubts about insulation application, from a while ago, so asked that they come take a look.
Today, without hesitation and smile on his face, Joeseph, climbed into the attic and crawled back to locations I couldn't reach.
Took pictures and confirmed that the job had been done correctly.
NOTE: the location was tough to access so credit to the technicians that did the right thing during the application!
They do good work and stand my it.

NOTHING BUT REGRET. I bought a mini-split from them because word was they were the best. However, their pricing has turned out to be the most expensive. In the cold weather the heat does not work because it freezes and if you call in for help it takes them days to get to you, so it defeats the purpose of you getting the unit to begin with because you have to end up finding a different way to stay warm. The following year, I had an HVAC system put in by a better company and asked if they could move the mini-split to my one-bedroom apartment that is in the same lot. Their fee was $4000 so move the unit less than 200 feet. Again, I hired another company to move it for me, which also comes with a warranty and charges $800 to move it. Now unfortunately, I lost the remote - I called in to see if I could have it replaced. They told me that I had to set an appointment, with a large window for their arrival, which would make me miss time from work. When I inquired why it would take all of that, she said they needed the model number. I asked if they had records of what they sold to me? She said yes and then said she would call me right back. When she called back she confirmed they did have all my information, and it would cost $749 to replace the remote to the mini split. I think the people at this company have lost their minds. I replaced the remote for $25 and it works perfectly. I recommend you not use his company, do some research, and get yourself a better deal with the warranty and reliability that outperforms them because they are out there. Unfortunately, i had to learn the hard way. Good luck to anyone who decides to use them.

We paid for a yearly service agreement. In mid June they came and serviced our unit.Then a week later the air conditioner went down.We called them and they could not come down for a week. In 100 degrees temperatures it meant we had to check into a hotel for a week. Finally someone else said they could look at it before Jon Wayne so we called them. They said the coil unit was leaking freon and causing the system not to work and needed replacing. So we called Jon Wayne since we had a warranty with them. They said to replace and install was going to cost us over $2300 dollars. They came and replaced the coil unit. One week later the same problem happened again. This time they blamed it on the capacitors and charged me $700.00 to repair it. We had medical problems in the family and could not tolerate the heat so we had to paid them again. We went with Jon Wayne because 6 years ago they had replaced ourair conditioning system with a new one with a cost of over $10,000.In the process of replacing it they blow out the electrical system in the house and its cost was over $8000 dollars. This is the kind of service they provided us and the same kind of service and equipment you can expect from them. We will never use them again!

Scheduled an AC check/tune-up over a month ago. They gave me a 12-4pm window, and then waited til 3pm to tell me they wouldn't make it. They offered to keep me waiting around another 4 hours at a later date. I declined. Yes, this was not a major repair or replacement, but to get those big jobs, you have to do the little jobs. So when and if I need repair work, it won't go to Jon Wayne.

Tore a hole in. My ceiling during a water heater install didnt properly make a run off drain for my ac unit. I paid 69k for all of that and they are still taking money from me stay away from this company.

I had a leak in my garage I thought was coming from hvac unit on tue.called Jon Wayne they said they couldn't make it until Friday between 8 & 12 pm called me to push appointment until after noon called me again pushed to after 4pm called at 4pm to say they weren't going to make it I don't understand how a company like this can just think so little about customers.

I have to tell you my experience has been unacceptable. I am writing this review so people DO NOT USE this company.
I ran into an issue with my AC (installed less than 3years ago, paid almost 7k for the basic system) leaking. So here's the issue.
Jon Wayne visited my home to look at the system and here is what they found:
1- due to faulty work at install- the AC was leaking inside my entire home. The installer did not weld correctly the elbow inside causing may home to be exposed to FREON since the install in 2019. Leaking in a place no one would notice. Jon Wayne takes not responsibility as I, friends, parents, pets etc have been exposed to a hazardous chemicasl for over 3 years.
2- the repair tech had no clue and no people skills when dealing with customers. 1st tech came out, said the capacitor was bad, did nothing else and told me that it would be over $400 to replace this part. What a joke- After going back in forth with the office- I go the to reduce to $222. Here's the kicker- once he returned to install the capacitor , he realized it was leaking - which he did not catch before. If you say that they are and skilled tech- he was not. He didn't check and he didn't do his job.
2- Guess how much to repair- 2k. What a joke. BUT... if you buy into their rescue plan, they take off $500. Who's scamming who now. I feel sorry for people who believe them and pay this. The BEST part... the first tech never turned in the quote so the office was never informed of what he quoted me. A second tech came out and quoted $100 more than the first. I waited over a week for them to call me.
3- Year one- each time I ask for them to check the system (their required service during year one- THEY WOULD ALWAYS CANCEL or try to reschedule....blaming it on other jobs. I just gave up.
4- Office manager says SHE will call you back..But- I have called 2'xs and left messages with the person who'd answer- and apparently she's never received the message and or quote from first tech. I guess people's time is not important.

Simply put- RUN- DO NOT CALL THEM! They are a scam and will over charge you. I called other companies who all came in 1k less than this company. Take my word for it.... and call your local small company AC and do not support this kinda of OVERHEAD that is charged to it consumers.

I called to ask to have a service tech come out to my home to do an evaluation of my seven year old HV/AC system as I only had one thermostat in my two story home built by DR Horton. I have had the system service by airtron since I purchased the home new . I have no trouble with this system except that air flow does not cool the upstairs properly . I wanted to get a price from them on installing Damper system in which it could direct the air better and install another thermostat upstairs. The sales professional who took the call wanted to sign me up in his system and pay a fee for the to come out and answer my questions. I explained to him the work would be extensive requiring duct work two long boxes and two Plantums control board etc. He said he could not talk to me but for a fee he would have a tech come to my home. I told him that I would not being paying a serive fee for them to come out and decide if the wanted to do the work and that I was disappointed in his company as was not going to pay to have them coming out. I would not waste my time with John Wayne If i was thinking about using them very very disappointed.

Jon Wayne HVAC service 04/17/2024, The guy who came for annual maintenance did not do his job. He refused to drain the air conditioner, last step on the job, saying that he thinks I need a plumber due to air conditioner drains under the sink. He drained the line before the plumber started anything, and the sinks did not clog. Because the plumber came without been necessary, he dropped some crystal Clorox into the sinks just to justify the need of the plumber, of course for $200. Jon Wayne is not an honest company, pushes other unnecessary services just to charge the customers more money.
