Have used them multiple times. The electricians are nice and professional, but will not be back. They usually do good work, but their office manager is incredibly unpleasant to deal with. When I had an issue with some of the work they did she was defensive and rude, and seemed uninterested in sending someone out to resolve it. Sadly cannot recommend them, because if this is how she acts when there is a minor problem I can only imagine what she's like on bigger jobs. I recommend she take a customer service 101 course or something. I don't know, maybe it's anger issues?

i live in a 51 year old home and was in great need to update all the switches and outlets as they started to not work. i requested an appointment via their online form and they promptly scheduled me right after the 4th holiday. Art and Cole were very professional, arrived on time, and worked swiftly - explaining how things worked and made sure I had the kind of switches I wanted. They even noticed some critical items needing attention being this is a 1970s built home. After all was said and done, the price was far less than I anticipated for the amount of work. We also looked at some future electrical projects as I continue to update my home of 40 years. So very pleased to support a truly locally owned, hometown business with superior service.

These guys were great, Jake, Amanda, Art & Cole did awesome!! They were fast on time and did what they had quoted to do at a fair price. I couldn't be happier with the service and the outcome. I will definitely be using Jolt for all my electrical needs in the future!!!

Amanda is so easy to schedule with and is very accommodating to our busy schedule. Jake has so many ideas that we do not think of, his advice is essential to any remodel or build. Called this company for a quote and they promised to come by and never did -- which is bizarre because my project could have been quoted from the photos I sent. Just another example of a contractor who ghosts when they have bigger jobs.

Response to Amanda: I don't enjoy s***** on local businesses. I give fair reviews to companies with bad services in the high desert and tell people who to avoid. You want good reviews? Start with not blowing people off next time a small job comes in.

Jolt Electrical Services just replaced a circuit breaker that was of incorrect voltage and installed a new smart thermostat. This company is responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. With no additional charge, Jacob even went beyond to test different built-in overhead lights that have not worked for awhile and offered a reasonable price to replace them. I appreciated that Jolt offered seamless ""good old-fashioned"" customer service with fair prices. Highly recommended!

I've dealt with quite a few companies in the high desert across several different professions and none have been as professional and efficiently run as Jolt electric. Their communication is amazing, scheduling is prompt and their work is top notch.

Jacob and his crew are awesome. After coming out for 2 consultations (I extended the scope of the project) Jacob showed up on time with a large crew to tackle multiple different jobs at once. They installed several light fixtures, a security system and trenched an electrical system for a hot tub on a remote part of my property. Everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with. After the work was done, they cleaned up and left the property looking spotless. I look forward to working with them on different projects in the future.
