James answered my call and Connor came to my home. He was professional and knowledgeable. He found/solved the problem quickly so I could get back to my day. Their rates are comparable to others but it's like comparing apples to oranges, I can tell they care about what they do. I'll hire them for future projects.

Service was quick and fixed the problem. It was a minor repair (gfi replacement). Took about 10 minutes and cost over $200. Kind of high for a gfi. Probably try someone else next time.

They did answer their phone and did come out the same day however we feel that $220 to change a GFI outlet that took less than 10 minutes from the time he arrived till he left was ridiculously high! Oh, and we got a 50 cent discount for paying cash.

Out of several electricians I contacted, James was able to fit me in his schedule at a time that was convenient for me. James also found old knob and tube wiring in a house that was supposed to no longer have this type of wiring. Thankfully, he found it before my contract on a house closed and the seller offered to fix it. He is thorough, knowledgeable and the best around.
