I had an electric emergency when getting a new dishwasher installed. After three tries to get someone on the phone (my only complaint), the woman who answered told me she had an electrician who had finished his last job early and had 90 minutes before his next. She told me he could be here in 10 minutes, and he was! He did an efficient repair for a fair price. He was professional and friendly.

Very unprofessional. Individual that answers the phone and schedules appointments does not know what she is doing. Never returns calls and always makes excuses. I had a more complicated job of installing ceiling fans that needed wiring established due to lights not being in the ceiling. I called and scheduled for the work to be done instead of just getting a quote. I used them before 3 years ago with no issues and trusted their pricing. Guy gets out here and it's just for a quote. When I called to schedule the appt. , after the quote, she was saying some of their people were out and I'd have to wait a week. I accepted this but when I called back to confirm the appointment that had been scheduled the lady said she didn't have the schedule and would call me first thing in the morning. No call. I called and she says there is nothing on the books. She is the only person I have talked to other than the electrician. She said the owner was not available to come to the phone. She had no explanation other than she was trying to figure out ""why"" I wasn't on the books as to why she didn't call me this morning. She said they could ""possibly"" get out here on Tuesday or Wednesday next week. Nothing definite. At this point I was like ""I'll get someone else"".

I think they didn't want to do a more complex job and was hoping I would go away. Very disappointed in this company.

I trusted this companies work and I am very surprised this situation occurred.
