I had called 3 electric companies (this one, C&J, and Aux) for an estimate on installing a home power surge protector. All 3 took down my info and said a tech would call me back to schedule a visit. Only this one did. Aubrey, the owner, called the next day and came out two days later to give me an estimate at no charge. Unfortunately, I can't afford the cost right now so I'm stuck. I'm just gonna hang out at Lowe's and try to hook up with a licensed electrician. Lol. Anyway, this place is responsive.

Aubrey replaced a faulty breaker in my electrical panel. He showed up on time and replaced it in about 10 minutes. Great service!

Had a faulty outlet that needed help. I called in the morning and a technician was at the house by noon. Aubrey (the technician) was great! He arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. And for a very reasonable price! Would highly recommend John's Electric.

Today I had John's Electric come out. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. The price was wonderful. Both men worked to isolate the problems and then solved them, even though I had thought I would get a quote today and others. However, once I saw how professional they were, I decided to go ahead with both issues and they fixed them. Could not be more satisfied.

First, I would like to state that my review is based on customer service *not* their work as I never got to experience it. My husband called and asked to set up an appointment to fix an outlet we have that is not working. They said they would call him back to make an appointment. We waited 4 days and still had not heard from them. We really wanted to use a small, local company and figured they may just be really busy and it's a pandemic so we just called again. We told them we had called before and no one ever called to set up an appointment. They assured us they would call to set up the appointment. That was two weeks ago and we never did hear from them so we finally moved on.

I no longer have to worry about hiring an electrician. John's Electric is the best. They are the only company I will hire in the future. I have hired several others in the past only to have their work fail within a short period of time. John's Electric actually does work that lasts. The two gentlemen (Jeremy and Jacob) that came to my home really knew what they were doing. They were professional, polite, courteous and efficient. They explained what they were doing and why. I am so excited to have finally found someone I can trust. I highly recommend them! Give them a chance, you won't be sorry.

We lost power during one of the coldest days of the year, and the Power Company said the meter showed power still coming to the house. The first electrician we called said he could be there by noon the next day. The next day, he changed that to somewhere between 2-6. So using the phone book again, we called John's. Within an hour, Aubrey Teele was there. We explained the problem, and he went to the fuse box and said ""You're going to be very glad or very sad"". He checked the fuse box, popped the main breaker, and said ""Be very glad"". He put in a new breaker, power came on immediately, and he used his instruments to check and be sure there was the proper amount of voltage coming to each part of the house. He patiently answered my and my wife's questions in language we could understand and reassured us there was no residual danger from the problem. The whole experience was completed in a very reasonable amount of time at a very reasonable rate. Mr. Teele said to call him immediately if we experienced any problems and he'd be right out. We'll definitely use John's again and if Aubrey Teele is an example of the quality of their personnel, we can unequivocally recommend this business.
