Absolutely the best customer service. Have used others but fortunately found Johnnys AC and Electric. Brandy Ryan's their scheduling and knows her business. Jason has been our electrician this past year and has been great to work with as we renovate two condominiums. Ours is an ongoing project and I truly look forward to seeing Jason and his assistants when they arrive. They've given great advice and approached all of our projects holistically. We are customers for life.

Exceptional response from original call to service. Informative tech and very pleasant to deal with. Actual issue was our mistake and not really an issue at all! Could have been easily ripped off by a less honest company / technician. Once he explained our ""problem "" he also gave us realistic options to prevent future trouble. All this on a pouring rainy weekend! (Emergency Call hahaha). this company has our referral and business forever!

We had car charger and tv in wall connection added by Johnny's. They were excellent. Followed all the covid requirements and came up with novel approach to install power and cable connections for our tv over the fire place. Highly recommend then for your electrical needs.

These guys knocked a job out of the park another local electrician turned down. Other guys wanted to open walls & wreak havoc. Glad they turned it down! No holes, under budget & help with tracing cable outlets to boot. Call these guys first!

We had a walk through to get an estimate to replace every light switch in my house (21) and install boxes, which this place did not come with. The quote seemed quite reasonable and they scheduled the service to occur 2 weeks later. They arrived on the set date and had the job done in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend them. Quality work and reasonable price.

I was able to get a descent quote from the company, but they were never able to commit to a date of service. Several of my calls were returned days after they said they would get back to me. Ended up going with a different local electrician.
