Got a quote for $330. Left a message for them to send an itemized list. Never received. Electricians were here less than half and hour and required only a $3 box cover. Only installed a breaker (which I supplied), and tightened 4 screws on the box cover. Outrageous.

Weekend request for ""emergency "" service. Tonya took the call, was kind, helpful and informative. Tech arrived in less than 90 minutes in the pouring rain!! As it turned out there was no emergency just a simple issue on our end. We could easily have been duped into big bucks but kind and fair and HONEST people took great care of us! We are theirs forever!

Our AC started leaking badly Saturday evenning. The water was pouring into our living and dinning rooms. I called Johnny's at 10:00 PM , they actually answered the phone and asked if I wanted them to respond that evening. I said I shut down the units and it could wait under Sunday morning. They arrived at 8:00 AM, Sunday morning. They found the problem and fixed it.. we were back - up and running withing two hours. We have been having issues with the unit since purchasing the home 3 years ago. We have had every AC co. in Fernandina Beach out here, thousands of dollars, no one found the problem.
We even tried a Co. from Jacksonville, who charged us $500, for doing nothing. It was a drain line problem, and a leaking drain pipe.

I have never met such nice guys, professional and knowledgeable.

Just purchased a home on Amelia Island. Johnny came to our rescue in the August heat. He was there in 15 minutes and had the A/C working in 10 minutes. This is after having to wait 3 hours yesterday for a service man to come from Jax. the service tech could not do anything, indicated we need a new unit.
Being a new resident to the island we are so happy to find the right A/C man for us. I highly recommend Johnny's AC. Honest, fair charges and fast service.

Great company. My a/c went out around 8pm,I called 4 local a/c repair companies leaving messages for them to call me back ASAP due to no a/c with a small child & none of them called me back. Finally called Johnny's AC around 5am and my call was returned within 10 min, they gave me tips to keep my house cool until their repairman could get to my house at 8am. The repairman knew exactly what the problem was & had my a/c cooling within 30mins of arrival. They are also very reasonably priced on repairs.
