Johnny answered my initial phone call himself. When I gave him my address, he mentioned he knew exactly where I was because he did original wiring in this condominium complex.

I was given a same day appointment, which was quite impressive, and three hour appointment time window. The technician called a half early to say he'd be arriving right at the beginning of the given time window. Again, impressive.

Technician was so professional but also friendly and courteous. He quickly identified the issue at hand and resolved it for me. The pricing was fair to my knowledge. I would not only utilize their services again, I also would also recommend them to friends, family and the Yelp community.

I found Johnny Electric through a referral from a close friend. The rave review and high marks he gave them proved to completely on point.

I needed Johnny to relocate and upgrade my original 1963 100 AMP panel to a new 200 AMP panel. In addition, I wanted to get a Level 2 electric vehicle charger installed in my garage as well as some socket and switch upgrades throughout my home.

""The Johnny"" called me very quickly after I left the first message for him. We discussed the scope of the job I needed done. He came out the very next day for a site walk and to provide me an estimate. The man is extremely knowledgeable, detailed and likeable. He made good recommendations that made sense and explained everything so there would be no surprises.

Johnny called me 2 days before the scheduled work to confirm we were still good for the scheduled date for work to begin. He again confirmed that there was a lot to be done, that we would be without power all day but assured me that we would have power on before they left. We already owned an electric generator so the down time was manageable.

On the day of work, they called to let us know their ETA, which was appreciated. Johnny and his whole crew showed up on time. Johnny and I walked the job through with his crew so everyone was on the same page. They then got right to work. There was a lot to be done and they were efficient. You could tell they were a good, cohesive team that worked well together. Everybody was in good spirits which tells you they like their job and like where they work. There was good humored heckling going on which was a crack up to experience.

It was a big job and they were on-site for over 9 hours hours, but got everything done. They left no debris or trash anywhere. Johnny was meticulous in his quality assurance checks and reviewed all the work they had done at the end of the day.

I've attached some pictures of the new 200 AMP Panel in its finished state as well as the L2 EV charger installed. We couldn't be happier.

I give high praise and 5 stars to Johnny Electric and his crew. Professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and punctual. They get my highest recommendation. If you go with Johnny, you're making the right call.

Today was the second time I had Johnny Electric out to upgrade my breakers in my panel. One of my breakers would trip every so often during high load. During the first visit, the 15amp breaker was swapped out for a 20amp breaker. This is a great solution to reduce/eliminate the trips. On the second visit, I had the remaining 15amp breakers swapped out for 20amp breakers.
