We woke up to a circuit breaker tripped and our alarm system beeping on battery backup. After resetting the breaker we noticed the front porch light outside, light inside the entry way over the front door and one nearby outlet had stopped working. Based on a recommendation from a friend we called John and he and a helper came over that afternoon just before the Thanksgiving long weekend which was nice.

He checked the panel, outlets etc and rewired an outside outlet that was wired backwards. Then he diagnosed the source of the issue to be a junction on one of the outlets needed to be repaired but it would take a few hours so he suggested we call the office to reschedule at a later date. We called and rescheduled but the day of the 2nd service appointment the office called to say they were behind on another job and we'd have to reschedule yet again.

So I just called to reschedule a 3rd time and they say they won't be able to come out for a week. It's great that they came out once to take a look before a holiday and they are busy getting a lot of work, but I think that they have more than they can handle. After three times of trying to get the problem fixed I'll call someone else. Don't waste your time until they hire more staff. Plenty of others companies are ready to do the work.
