This is not about his work, which I cannot vouch for or against, but everything to do with how John honors a commitment, or not. Encouraged by the glowing reviews here, I gave him a call to fix an electrical issue in my house. I spoke to him, described the issue and he said he'll be in my house 8-8:30 am the next day. Next day came and there was no John, not even a call. Called him @ 9am, he said he couldn't recall the conversation, said he couldn't have said he'd come because he is in Mexico. I reminded him enough for him to remember the conversation which took place just less than 24 hours ago, then he said someone else (I think he said ""Tim"" or ""Tom"") was supposed to come, not hIm. He said he's going to call Tim/Tom, I said if there's nobody by 9:30am, to just forget it. Of course no one came. If he couldn't honor a commitment, or make some change/s to the appointment, he should've called. Such disrespect of someone else's time.

I hired John to install a 120v outlet in the wash closet that only had a 240v outlet. The job required new wiring and a new breaker installed. John answered the phone immediately, was able to schedule an appointment, and he got the job done quick and at a fair price. Definitely will contact John for future projects.

We have used John several times. He has done small jobs to large ones. He has installed a panel and a car electric charger to name a few. If he is not there then another tech is there to do the job.

Either way, they are very polite and professional, clean up afterwards, and take their time to explain what they have done etc.

We will continue to use him and we are glad to support a local business owner!

Our three bulb lamppost needed to be replaced and wired up. Our previous lamppost had lasted a long time and was damaged somehow. John came out to appraise the job, gave me options to use the existing base to keep cost down.

He gave us a date for the work to be done and his crew arrived on time and were professional, courteous and completed the work exceptionally. The lamppost was on that night, providing us with comfort, security and a classic look returned to our home. I would definitely be calling John again, anytime I had an electrical need. Just had a job done by this company. We had two exterior ceiling fans put in along with two exterior lights on the garage. Very happy with the results. The electricians came out, did the work, cleaned up and left. The results were great with a very professional feel. True craftsmen.
