He indicated his crew was booked; however, since I had an emergency, he would work me in.
I figured it would be late afternoon or evening before anyone showed. John showed up earlier, and was wearing a mask ( thank you). He was very friendly, explained my problem and was done within an hour. I was very happy. I had to to leave a review. I definitely use him in the future and recommend him to others.

Would highly recommend John. They arrived on time replaced my back porch light which had gone bad. I had one from Home Depot for them to replace and they and added a GFI outlet in my backyard.

I own a home in Saugus area that had an old electrical service panel that needed an upgrade to 200 amp. Called 4 electricians for a price and I went with McCraw electrical because he came in $300 less than the second lowest bid and I liked the fact he was a local boy. He came across as very knowledgeable in regards to electrical work and proved it when He and his crew knocked out the job quickly and cleanly. Even after full payment was made he still took time to ensure the post-panel install stucco work was completed correctly.

I'm making this evaluation without any reference to the quality of John's services. I asked him to check out my home's main breaker to see if we needed to replace the 200 amp breaker. After inspecting the breaker and a brief conversation to get an idea of issues, John advised me that there was no need just yet to replace the breaker or the entire breaker box. When the time comes, John McCraw will be the first Electrician we call!

We had a breaker switch go bad in the kitchen that disabled our fridge, microwave, stove and toaster oven. John McCraw Electrical was the first place I called and I am very happy with the service. Perhaps I caught them on a good day, but from the time I hung up the phone to them arriving and completing the work was less than 45 minutes. I also felt it was a reasonable and fair price for professional electrician service. I would do business again and recommend them to others.

John McCraw is excellent, he came on time did great work and when he left the place was spotless. John came with an assistant named Kevin who also was great and answered my questions and they put in recessed lighting in our office and left no drywall holes to fill, and fully understood the complexities of the job such as aluminum wiring in our house. These two men we both fast, efficient polite and will be doing work for us whenever we need an electrician. I was referred to John by a neighbor who also had
work done for them and was extremely satisfied by the work they did.
