Better than ""complete turn-key valet service"". Real pros. Fair price and courteous.
- I called the main office and quickly a technician was sent over to review the problem. They had parts readily available and no delays.
- They operate efficiently like a ""well-oiled machine"".
- Communication was always clear and easy to understand.
- They fixed some major safety issues with my electrical panel and entire electrical system of my house.
- I'm a licensed General Contractor. So, I know when I see a good electrician like Tim or John.

I called on the weekend and left a voicemail. My call was promptly returned on Monday morning. I explained the issue to John and he informed me that he could have someone out the next day. Tim was assigned to take care of the request. He called an hour before arriving to notify me that he was on his way. Tim was respectful and professional. I showed him where I thought the issue stemmed from and he went straight to work. It took a couple of hours but he diagnosed the problem and addressed it. I will gladly do business with John Johnson Electric again.

The most reasonable prices in south florida! Hired his crew to essentially install Hi Hats and a ceiling fan outlet in our living room space. The job was done with the utmost care and attention to detail. We also installed a light switch and box and they ran all the electrical wiring.

John took my call on Friday, asked many good questions to avoid an unnecessary visit and made a call on Saturday after we couldn't resolve the issue.
Was diligent and knowledgeable in trouble shooting a major problem with our electrical system, a disconnected ground wire in our electrical panel which caused several lights and appliances to not work properly.
Appreciated that he explained everything while he was trouble shooting.
Awesome service and end result and at a very fair price for an off hours visit.
