I called John for a ceiling leak in my garage below my upstairs restroom. He showed up on time and cut the ceiling open to diagnose the problem. It turns out that I installed the toilet incorrectly a few months prior. He reinstalled the toilet using two wax rings instead of one. I'll stick to my day job!

He quoted me a price for coming back to install drywall in the ceiling, patch and texture. The price was reasonable so I monitored the the re-installed toilet with no leaks. He came back when he said he would and re-installed the drywall and patched. He told me he would make another trip to texture the ceiling after the drywall mud has dried.

He showed up when he said he would and masked everything off to texture. He textured and after it was dry I could not tell that any work had been performed on the ceiling so I was happy about that. He is reliable, friendly, courteous and does good work at a reasonable price. He does plumbing, electrical and carpentry so I will definitely use him again. Five stars!

John will be a go-to for any handyman work at my house. He spent a week at my residence doing odd jobs from recessed lighting to fixtures to drywall patching and painting. I trust him and his work. Will be doing business again and again in the future. If you're on the fence with John, do not hesitate. His prices are fair and he is a straight shooter. Thank you John for all of your great work.

I would give 6 stars if possible. John was very polite and knew what he was doing. His price was also very reasonable compared to some of the other handymen who responded. I'm keeping him in mind for future projects.

We have called him on two occasions and he has helped us with replacing fence posts, fence/gate repair, mounting TV, installing a thermostat, among other items around the house. I would highly recommend John!! John and his work is as good as it gets!! I had a project to replace a side door to a garage and I looked on Yelp for someone to do the work. I requested a quote from John and he got back to me in less than an hour on a weekend. He has great communication and we easily made arrangements for the job. The price he charged was excellent. First had John out to replace drywall from a busted water heater. He was prompt and did a great job. Removed and reinstalled a toilet and the drywall texture was perfect. Very fair pricing. Wished we had called him from the start. Called him back for several other projects both large and small. Had to workout timing because he sometimes has multiple jobs going and does his best to accommodate. Could've communicated better but does good work. It can be difficult to find reliable contractors who are willing to do the smaller jobs but John is always willing, if he has time, and honest. I would highly recommend and will call him back for other projects.

Not only is he very knowledgeable and hardworking but we really enjoyed having him around. He was willing to make multiple trips throughout the whole process in order to accommodate the different tasks as they came up. The other reviewers who praised his drywall skills were so right, and our painter agreed. The work wrapped up yesterday and everything turned out perfect, but we will really miss John and his sunny disposition! His prices are very reasonable, his communication great and he always showed up as promised. We will definitely be calling him for future projects.
