John helped us at the 11th hour with moving and reinstalling our washer and dryer. Just a little background, we live in Texas and needed our washer and dryer moved from the laundry room. This was to allow the plumbers to replace our water heater and do some work there, requiring the washer and dryer to be moved out. I called two days before I needed his services, and he was able to work us in with his already packed schedule. What made John stand out for us was how he asked what we needed done and didn't write us off immediately due to the time constraints, like several other individuals in his profession had prior to us contacting him. He worked with our tenant and was able to schedule a time that worked for her during the work week. Constantly keeping us in the loop and keeping his prices very fair, we absolutely will use John in the future and highly recommend his services. Thanks again John!

Great, reliable company!! We hired John to run an electrical line with an emergency shut-off switch to an outdoor above ground Jacuzzi spa. His approach to getting the line from point A to point B far exceeded another electrician we spoke with. He also stuck with his price even though it was a bit tougher to run the line under our grass than I'm sure he expected. He met absolutely all of our expectations and we highly recommend his services.

We first found John when we needed a ceiling fan replaced in our bathroom that required someone to work in a narrow edge of the attic. John came over with an assistant and they replaced it and cleaned up afterward. He was a very nice man and very reasonably priced.

I made sure to keep his number and when the hot water heater in our rental home went out, we called John to replace it. He was knowledgeable and did a great job on that installation also!

We now keep John's information close at hand and he is our go-to guy.

I hired a handyman and the day before he was to start he was injured and unable to do the work for an indefinite period of time. I was desperate so I searched Yelp and found John Belanger Construction. Based on all his great reviews, I contacted him. I cannot say enough nice things about John! He came out, gave us very fair and reasonable estimates (we had a list) and completed all of the jobs quickly. During these jobs several other unrelated issues came up (old 1927 house!) and John fixed those too! We kept saying ""Thank goodness for John!"" When he installed a wall dog door in a carpeted room, he used a cardboard to catch the debris and then used his own vacuum to finish cleaning up - I was very impressed. Suffice it to say that John is now our #1 Handyman! John does excellent work and he can basically do anything - I would recommend him to anyone who needs a handyman or remodeling! He carefully describes what needs to be done, makes his recommendations, sets a price, does the work and cleans up everything very nicely - no surprises, just great work. You can tell he takes pride in his work!

I was in need of having my old cast stone fireplace surround removed and the area prepped for a new installation. Accepting this was outside my field of expertise, I looked around for someone who might be able to assist. I found John Belanger Construction on Yelp, with lots of great reviews, so I reached out to him. Before I could even finish my sentence, he was already describing to me what I needed done and how it would work. I believe this is one of those guys who just happens to know everything.

He squeezed me in for a same day appointment and arrived a few hours later. He assessed the situation and got right to work. The next thing I knew, the old stone fireplace was gone, the area was squeaky clean, and even the walls where everything was removed were in perfect condition, ready for the new install. You almost would have never even know they were there if my fireplace wasn't missing. Perfect work.

John is a great guy who I can't recommend highly enough. This is definitely a number you don't want to lose.

I hired John to install a closet wall and a door. He provided a fair price and did an excellent job. He clean up everyday prior to leaving. After four days, we now a downstairs bedroom. Now on to the Kitchen.

I hired John to replace an existing shower door medicine cabinet and bathroom sink and cabinet and bathroom door. He also replaced a ceiling lamp and vertical blind valance. Everything was done perfectly. in fact his workmanship went above and beyond our expectations.
