Put in a new bathroom vanity and vinyl plank flooring in a hallway bath. Everything turned out great and ahead of schedule. John even did some fence repair on the side. Will have him back next to do a kitchen backsplash.

It's always hard to find a reliable, professional, quality-driven, hardworking, fair in pricing and friendly (and even hella-funny) contractor who can meet your real estate repair needs. We finally found John and his associate Steve. The man says he is a handyman but he is more than a handyman. John brings substantial experience in electrical, plumbing and various other disciplines. His 45 to 50 plus years experience in the construction industry shows in the quality of his work. Initially, we hired John and Steve to install new smoke detectors/CO detectors, ceiling fans and some electrical work. John and Steve showed up on time and got right to work. They were very personable. They explained what they were doing and their price was very reasonable. With the great experience we had with them and getting to know them on a more personal level, we decided to hire John to rehab our investment property in San Diego. There was multiple scopes of work that needed to be done including replacement of all electrical receptacles and plates, all kitchen and bathroom fixtures, all toilet guts, sink drains and connectors, hot water connectors, change out of lights to LED and several others. John saved us several thousand dollars to get our property ready to be for leased. His price was more than fair and he did everything on-time and on budget. We even gave him a key to the place so he can work on his own time without us having to be there. We then had John and Steve come back to our home and do more work changing out fixtures, repairing the water gate valve/regulator, even dry wall which he taped, mudded and textured to perfection. His work again was of high quality, honest and at a fair & reasonable price. We have other things we will have John and Steve continue to for us. We highly recommend if you have any needs for your homes that you call John and see if he can help you like he did for us. You won't be disappointed. 10++++ John and Steve. Thank you for everything. I called John and his team to install two chandeliers on high ceiling, they replied in a timely manner and were here on time and prepared. They did a great job with fair pricing and showed high quality of work. I highly recommend John and his team.

John did a fantastic job installing a door in the hallway of my new house. It looks like the door was always there. He also cleaned my drains and took care of some electrical work. John did such a good job I asked him to come work on the house I'm getting ready to sell.

It is official! John is MY handyman!
I recently purchased a new slide-in stove and microwave not realizing that this type of stove requires a heat resistant backsplash.
John to the rescue!
Not only did he install the backsplash using the materials of my choice and installed cabinet lighting (a surprise to him :)), he also engineered a gap filler for the space between the backsplash and the slide-in oven. My husband was so impressed with the quality of the work, we called John so come back and install a ceiling fan.
I strongly recommend John and his partner Steve for any handyman work that you would need around your home. His work is great, he very responsive and his prices are fair and reasonable. Please don't hog up his time, because he is MY handyman! :)

We needed to get a new toilet installed. After reviewing several companies, we decided to go with John Belanger.
Mr. Belanger was able to accommodate the timing of the job. Mr. Belange arrived on time and accomplished the install quickly and with no issues.

I contacted John to have some recessed lights installed in my living room. I chose John after reading many positive reviews as well as comments about how reasonable his pricing is. When I received his quote I didn't even bother to get a 2nd estimate. Well him and his helper did an outstanding job installing all 12 lights in 1 day. They also cleaned up the mess when finished. It amazes me how some electricians will leave wire scraps all over for us to clean up after them. Not with John and his helper. John then patched the hole he needed to create for the wiring and came back the next day to texture. Even the patch and texture came out great. This was one of many projects my wife and I want to have done. We've been searching for a good handyman and I think we've found him.
