We cannot express enough our gratitude for this work done. A year later and we still are so happy that the house is safe and well lit. We modernized it a bit but still kept the cabin feel. Jon is fast and friendly. I was out of my depth as I found extra romex sticking straight out of the wall during a new light installation. Of course, I wanted the job completed but I also wanted to understand how it had worked before. Jon arrived within a couple of hours, and kindly explained electricity to me while he quickly put things in order. I couldn't have been happier. And, Shana, he didn't charge me for the consult. :-)

We arrived at our cabin for the season to find the power fluctuating and lights dimming. We called Jon and he was quick to respond and arrived within 30 minutes of our call. That's an exception to our experience at Tahoe and we were very grateful.
Jon quickly determined that our main service had a phase disconnected on the run to the cabin.
His suggestion was to call Liberty power to have them reconnect the line that separated.
Jon was a very personable guy and we really appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism.
