Joe is one of the best electricians in the business, We have hired him many times to lift plugs behind mounted TV's. He does not tear apart walls to run the wiring, it's all hidden behind the wall. No drywall nor paint damage. Just a perfect plug behind the TV 5 feet up. He has also added electricity to an outdoor pool house and repaired the main electrical line on the roof mount. Half our outlets and lights didn't work and he knew immediaetly it was the main line on the roof. Sure enough we had one of the two lines burnt. He is very honest, hard working and gets the job done timely. No job is to big nor to small. I rate him a 10 out of 10. I will only go with Joe and we have electricians in our family. Now that is saying something... Thank you Joe, you truly have been a life saver...

Joe has helped me with a lot of jobs in the past.He re wired the garage to accommodate 240watt for my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer and ran additional strip lights. Set up a WiFi industrial fan to help the hot air to escape. He's coming back to replace Sprinkler valves and Rain Bird SST1200OUT Simple-to-Set Indoor/Outdoor Sprinkler/Irrigation Timer/Controller, 12-Zone/ Station. He's honest and prices are very fair. He's definitely been my go to guy!!""

There are two types of people; one who does a half ass job just to get paid, and the other is Joe, who is persistent, passionate and loves what he does.

Joe was so helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and very responsive. Met him twice and we trust him wholeheartedly. We had him pre-wire, install two pendant lights, ceiling fans and a chandelier. He is now currently fixing up our other home. Joe took his time, paid very close attention to detail and made it perfect. He's a perfectionist; his work is so clean, you can't even tell anything was cut. He even went above and beyond to buy several lightbulbs to see which ones I liked. I would recommend him to all my family, friends and neighbors! My only regret is not meeting Joe sooner! Stop debating and call Joe. I promise, you will get the best electrician and/or handyman around.

I called Joe as a new customer hoping for a quick response to fix a (mostly) dead circuit in my condo. Joe graciously agreed to come out the same day, despite not knowing me from Adam and already having a full schedule, even into the night, as I found out later. He communicated multiple times before he arrived since he was running a bit behind (one man show--this is how the service industry works!), which is no longer as common a courtesy as one might hope, but is much appreciated. Once he arrived, he introduced himself, got a quick lay of the land, and got to work troubleshooting. After checking the first couple of things but having not fixed anything yet, everything was ""magically"" working. He had already identified one bad outlet so he replaced that and I told him I'd let him know if anything comes back up. It's the way of the world that when the professional arrives, everything shapes up and behaves. Well, it's also the way of the world that after the professional leaves, it all goes wrong again, and that's what happened that night. I let Joe know and he came back out the next day. This time everything stayed nicely messed up for him and he found multiple bad outlets and some fried wiring (it's an old house, what can you do?). He got everything buttoned up lickety-split and gave me tons of great info and advice along the way. On top of the great service, communication, and responsiveness, the price was right! I already have him quoting out a bigger job for me. Joe, I can't thank you enough for your values as a small business owner. You are a hard worker and an all around good dude. You've got another customer for life!

I contacted Joe Rios Electric to track down an issue related to my dining room light. Joe is reliable, very fair priced, and professional. He does the work himself and really just gets down to work. In my case, Joe was able to troubleshoot three issue, install a new light fixture, and work on the breaker panel to eliminate ""light pulsing"" caused when other appliances are in use. Joe does require a 2 hour min charge. I def recommend Joe Rios Electric.

Joe is quick to respond and fixed a commercial appliance that I've already had 2 electricians work on. The others ""fixed"" it, but the wiring and install was so ghetto that I didn't feel it was safe. Joe re-did all the wiring and installed it correctly so it looks great and like it was done by a professional. I feel much safer using it now, and we will be using his services for all of our electrical needs from now on. His charges are well worth the service and quality you receive.
