Joe installed a ceiling fan and a sense energy monitor in my electrical panel. He is a very knowledgeable and inquisitive guy. The sense monitor was new to me and a different version than he was expecting. The instructions were pretty basic but he was able to find out what to do and why it needs to be done. It was a pleasure working with him on this project. I'm looking forward to needing his skills again

Joe is a great electrician. He's super knowledgeable, detail oriented, and fast, which is great. But even greater is that he's very pleasant to be around and easy to work with. Needed an electrician ASAP. Called several but to no avail. Found Joe on Yelp and from the time he answered the phone and I explained what was going on, he responded with assurance that he would find the problem. During his travel time, he kept me updated on his approximate arrival time. I was very impressed and felt more comfortable with choosing him. When he arrived, he made quite a few assessments before he made the call as to what the problem was. Believing that I had a major situation to deal with, he remained on task and wouldn't leave before he could fix the problem and ""HE DID"". It was refreshing to have a service person to care and I am so appreciative for him. I told him that he definitely earned a spot on my favorite list and will recommend him to all I know. Joe was a consummate professional. He had great communication and promptly arrived at my residential. The recent rain damaged some of our breakers inside my electrical panel. Instead of just replacing the breakers, Joe wanted to understand the source where the water was coming from since it was supposed to be enclosed. One of our outlet in the backyard had tripped last night out of no where but might be due to the harsh rain and wind. My relative had kept Joe's info last time he was over at their house to fix an issue. So they had suggested to have Joe to look into ours. Today I had got in touch with Joe and he responded within 5 min and set a schedule to come over. He was finishing up a job and he would head on over. He texted when he was done and to give me a heads up he will arrive at a certain time. He arrived on time. It took him only less than an hour to check the issue and change what was needed. It was raining hard and he still drove from OC to San Gabriel Valley. After he finished fixing our issue, he was pretty soaked wet from the rain. We asked some questions and he took the time to explain to us and I like how he cares a lot about safety. He doesn't talk in ways like he knows everything and he knows better and you don't.
