Have called Joe Electric 3 times recently. 1 for a hot tub wiring install and 2. a exterior lights install. And 3. Panel upgrade to 200 amp service
All 3 services were excellent and prompt and couldn't be happier with the final results. Highly recommended!

Joe is the most honest businessman! His team is proffesional, knowledgeable and just plain nice. I wouldn't use anyone else.

These guys are great! Although Michael (their tech) was busy up north, he made a special effort in getting to my home the same day I had called. He was courteous and diligent in trouble shooting the problem, located and repaired it in about an hour. We were stoked! Thanks Joe Electric.

Joe was recommend to me via cypress forum. He absolutely delivered. His prices are very reasonable and he is professional. Got a quote from him Monday, work was done by Thursday. Has some hiccups he come by the next day and corrected everything. Will have joe on speed dial and recommend him to everyone!

We just had a team from Joe Electric in yesterday to do a bunch of work including updating our old receptacles, installing new lights/ceiling fan, installing new switches, and grounding the receptacles our electronics are plugged into. It was a lot of work at a very fair price! The crew was pleasant, efficient, and accommodating. Scheduling the quote and appointment was a breeze.
The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because of the collateral damage. During their work they broke the light cover on our new ceiling fan and a vase with sentimental value as well as caused a leak in the copper pipe that feeds water to our refrigerator. They were very apologetic and tried to fix the leak (which will require a plumber to look at).
Overall it was a positive experience.

Joe and his electricians have done work for me and family at least 5 different times. He replaced my electrical panel and breakers for me, added recessed lights, hung ceiling fans, etc. His guys show up on time, they're clean and they definitely know their stuff. Joe's estimate blew his competition out of the water. We really liked how he took pictures of the areas that he was going to be working on. His prices were fair and competitive. I have no negatives to pass on about Joe. I always recommend him when I can and use him when we need electrical work done.

Not sure how they actually work or of the quality of their work; they wouldn't provide a written estimate. Expected to do the work during first visit without anything in writing. Who does this? We said we would not have them perform any work for us without a written estimate and we got the run-around.

We've used Joe Electric a few times and have been very happy with his service. He's right here in our home town and is honest and fair priced. He's also on Angie's list. Best of all, he shows up when you call. He put in can-lights in my kitchen ( I had 1970's florescent built-in ceiling lights before) and installed my kitchen's Vent-hood and Cook-top. I'll would call him again if I needed any electrical services done to my home.

Electricians work well only for the real estate agents who recommend them. If you are not one of these special folks, you will receive slower than molasses service, and with a snarky attitude (Michael).
Michael took 75 minutes to take down a fan light, then replaced it with another light. He then assisted the other electrician with taking down and putting up another light. That was a two hour service call. When I asked him questions, he interrupted me and told me he had other calls after mine and he has no time. Cold.
When my real estate agent/neighbors came over (they saw the truck) and asked if he could swing by when he was done, he got all excited and said he absolutely could! Without an appointment, he spent 45 minutes at their house when he was done with mine. A non-working electrician from Joe's Electric came into my house when he didn't do any work; just to chat with Michael and the other electrician. I did not appreciate this.
While Joe, the owner, might be awesome, his view of his best electrician is way off.
I adore my real agent agent neighbors; they're good people. Everyone they have recommended, with the exception of Joe's Electric, has been fabulous.

I normally don't write reviews unless I feel strongly about a service. I am very pleased with the service I received from Joe (the owner) at Joe Electric. Joe is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and cares about his work. If something is not right he will fix it immediately. After purchasing a house I realized that so many contractors take short cuts but with Joe I have complete trust in his work because he has pride in his work and will do things right. Even things that are crappy work from other contractors Joe has helped me take care of them such as connecting an exhaust duct that was never connected to the outside of the roof and pinning up low voltage wires off the ground in the crawl space. If you are looking for an excellent electrician you will be very happy with Joe's service.
