Joe and Martin showed up and installed a light fixture to an 18 ft ceiling. They removed the existing fixture and installed this new one. They needed a special A 12 foot ladder with an extension and it was a bit tricky getting it through the front door and maneuvering it, but they were careful and did a great job. They put down drop cloths to protect the flooring, moved furniture to make sure nothing was damaged. They worked well as a team. Scheduling by Yvette was easy. Joe was one of several electricians recommended by McNally Lighting Store, but Joe was the one who answered my call directly, and was knowledgeable and nice. He asked questions about the project and asked for photos so he knew what the project would entail and what equipment would be needed. He is reliable, communicates well and does what he promises. His prices are reasonable. I would not hesitate to contact him the next time you need an electrician. Thanks Joe. I appreciate you and your team very much.

I've had multiple types of jobs done by Joe Electric for my homes and business. They are responsive, thorough, reasonably priced and most importantly care about customer service! Given the state of the market, I have had so many contractors and service people provide crap customer service, mediocre work and unresponsive. Since demand is high I feel people just don't feel the need to act with care, but Joe and his team run this small business like the big boys and truly don't want to just complete the job but in a way that you are thoroughly happy. Jose and Jose came by on short notice to install a lighting fixture in my daughter's bedroom and in our main hallway. A few weeks back I had them do some work, replacing two ceiling fans, a attic fan and a recessed light fixture. When they were in the attic replacing the old fan they damaged the wires to my doorbell and now it does not work. The fan is now rattling so bad I don't turn it on I'm afraid it will come down through the ceiling. I wanted them to replace the switch that controlled the old fan and light in the back bedroom but they did not do it. So now the new fan and light do not work the way they should. The control is a dimer control and it messes up the new remote controlled fan, so I can not recommend them.
