I can't believe that the same company did work at my home. Called to get a generator outlet installed. We got a verbal estimate Technicians said that we need a new panel. We requested an estimate but never got a written one, in fact we were charged almost twice what Teree quoted on the phone. Teree would always have to check with LaCora on details. The invoice was sent 2 months after the work was done and we were shocked at the amount. Numerous phone calls asking for explanation were never returned. Eventually we went to their office and agreed on a more than generous amount. In the meantime, our double ovens would not heat. Having faith that the electrical works was done properly, we purchased new ovens at great expense. When the ovens were installed, the large oven would not heat. Troubleshooted everything except the breaker amp. Returned the ovens to the store and replacement ones were installed... same result. This is unlikely to happen twice. The installer suggested that we contact an electrician. Called JnL, spoke with Teree saying that we wanted this corrected sooner than later. TaCora sent an electrician from a different company to replace the breaker. He confirmed that the one JnL technicians installed was not enough amps. We never had contact with LaCora, even thought we requested a call. Unacceptable service. I did not need to replace the old ovens after all. Unnecessary expense.

I needed to get an Inlet installed for my generator. JN'L was awesome. Their prices were reasonable (they too have to make a profit). In the end you need three things, a company that is efficient/effective, a company that is dependable, and a company that stands by their work. JN'L was all that and more. They became a trusted advisor. JN'L was so I recommended them to two friends, and both ended up going with JN'L and are very happy they did. I have no hesitation recommending JN'L to you.

Been using JnL Electric for years now and wouldn't use anyone else. TaCora helped me in looking for the right size portable generator for my house and had the guys come and hook up the house plug for the generator a day prior to lights going out for a week. She even texted me the day after the storm to see if everything was working for me. Everyone from the office team to the guys working in the field have a great attitude and great customer service!

JN'L Electric were an absolute dream to work with. Our initial meeting with Tacora was informative and helpful. She was able to answer the questions we had, tell us what to expect, prepared us for minor sheetrock repair after install and made recommendations to make sure we received the results we were looking for. We were provided with a proposal and fair estimate for the work we needed done. Eric and Victor made an outstanding team. They arrived on time and completed the multiple tasks we needed to have done. They installed 4 canister lights and light switch in a room with no lighting, replaced a gfci switch in our kitchen, removed an ancient alarm system and wiring from a closet and attic, installed an outdoor outlet with switch to our patio, and added a plug in our garage. Eric and Victor did excellent work, minimized the need for sheetrock repair, and were so neat that you would never have known we had work done. We could not be any happier with the work we had completed and we will certainly use them again for future jobs. I highly recommend JN'L Electric!!!!

I was very impressed with their communication the most. Up front about the estimate and they did a pro job. I needed an RV plug installed on my house and I am glad I called them because they were able to get it installed quickly and cleanly. They put the RV box right where I wanted it. So, I got a hold of this electric company thru a friend, actually thru a group of cub scouts. I first one to say, I had Tacora come out. A lot of energy, and a lot of knowledge... and I never felt more comfortable with her doing her job. I feel like I always think I know a little, but when she came around, I was just listening and felt like I got the exact right person. I know what a shock from a circuit is, but she explained why it shocked.
All in all.. I do appreciate what she did and come out and tested my panel for one of the houses we were looking at. I have seen some of her work, I back up small business, but I more back up great and confident people. She was more worried about me, and if I was comfortable on what she was explaining than trying to make a check. Respect is respect. I am looking at a house now, she is my pick.

We use JnL for all our electrical work on our commercial property. TaCora always quotes the jobs fairly, and when we've compared her pricing on occasion, it's always the best value. They have done all manner of jobs for us: installing new energy efficient shop lighting, adding 3-ph 240v outlets, and installing emergency fire code lighting, plus more. An excellent team that does great work.
