My grandma needed a contractor for her outdoor shower room. We tried a few other general contractors and plumbers in her area (El Dorado County) and all were too expensive or unavailable anytime soon.
So I reached out to J n B Handy Services, a recommendation from a friend of mine who he had done work for in the past, and was given his cellphone number to contact the owner Jay directly.
I thought for sure I was just going to be given a run around or a simple overpriced bid without even looking at the job that needed to be done or referral to another service or person that would be able to help me. Like most of the calls I had already made. I left my contact info and name on the voicemail. And to my shock and awe, I received a callback that same day!
He scheduled a bid for me the next week and was there ON TIME. And the price was way below the others we had gotten. So we decided to hire him. Got the estimate, with no extra misc fees attached to it.
The job took a few days longer than the estimated time but that was to be expected in any type of contractor work.
But the extra topping on the cake was, we didn't need to call out to any extra specialist for any part of the job. No plumbers, painters etc...all was included in the total price from JnB. They really are a one stop shop for our type of job.
I highly recommend them for all your general contracting needs.

Loved that they showed up wearing mask and on time! They did a wonderful job cutting down my tree in my backyard and they also replaced some trimming around my house that they noticed was rotted!! I highly recommend this company!! Their customer service and experience was priceless!!
