We had JMK complete a relatively small kitchen project for us--something that was beyond my capabilities. They swapped out an ugly fluorescent fixture for a new ceiling fan, installed four can lights and two pendant lights. Prior to the holidays, we received a verbal quote to change out an entry chandelier with a 19' ceiling. We scheduled a time for after Jan. 1. James was on time, finished the job exactly as discussed and charged what was quoted. Exactly the type of service and integrity you expect from a contractor. I cannot recommend JMK enough! I was lucky to find them on a Nextdoor site and can't say enough good things
about James and his crew! They were able to come out the same day for an estimate and the work was completed a week later.
The quality of the work was second to none, and the courtesy and professionalism could not be beat! Pricing was very fair for
the addition of 6 recessed lights in a room that previously had none, replacement of 4 existing ceiling lights and under-counter
lights! Could not be happier and will definitely be calling them again for ceiling fan replacements and some outdoor lighting.
