Don't bother. Even if you get in touch with him and schedule a bid or work, he'll just blow it off. He gave me a bid and I accepted it, but after that I never heard back. So I called him to find out what was going on, he said ""I'll text when I can come by next week"",, then never heard back from him.. Called again, left a message, never heard back.. Texted him,, never heard back. Guy went out of his way to screw me by making me waste weeks that I could have used to hire someone who isn't a flake. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I would give NO stars if that was an option. We had a scheduled appointment today at 4pm. Confirmed with him this morning via phone call. 4pm came and he didn't show up. Text him to see if he was running late and no response. It is now 5:10pm and we have not gotten a response back. A total waste of our valuable family time on this beautiful Saturday. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

Jaime is quick, knowledgeable and professional. He came on short notice to repair an outdoor electrical issue and offered advice for other future electrical projects. The appointment was quick but successful, and he accepts credit cards as payment right on his cellphone. I plan on hiring him again in the future for other electrical projects!

I got burned by another electrician and this guy saved the day. Great experience. The owner couldn't be more friendly and professional. That's a rarity. He got the job done quickly and effectively. I just hired Jaime from JM electric as he was VERY EDUCATIONAL compared to the 4 other electricians who came to our house to do a complex 200 AMP UPGRADE Panel which is very important as many homes in Hawaii are running 100 AMP boxes which could lead to a fire hazard.

In Jaime's case with us, he spent the time on site and many times on the phone, showing us photos of how the work would be done, etc. explaining how the process of installing the electrical lines with HECO and assured us that HECO and C&C would be on the job to insure proper workmanship.

Too bad more contractors were not like JM Electric and Jaime who strive to be honest and trustworthy rather than just trying to ""scare"" and induce fear to justify inflated pricing!

I was looking for an electrician in Kapolei and found JM Electric on Yelp and Google.
I called them they answered the phone right away. I do not like a business never answer or never call back. I needed to replace 3 ceiling fans and 1 light. I asked soonest availability and estimate, he responded quick. Their price was reasonable. The owner came to work in 2 days that was soon enough for me. He was very friendly, polite and did good job. I have few more lights to replace so I will definitely use this company again. Thank you.

We called around on a Saturday morning looking for same day electrician service. Jaime is the man to see!! He asked if we would be ok with late afternoon as he was at another job. He quoted us a fair price and when he arrived he was fast, friendly, and did an excellent job. We appreciated his skilled service and will be calling him back in the next few weeks to work on some fan and outlet installations too.
