He is great , service is fast , he's honest and his prices are great. He has been handling all of our annual services, any service calls or replacing units. He does it all with a smile and his work is super clean

Where to even begin here.... First off the mini split AC this dude previously installed leaked all over my wall, causing water damage to the wall. The head unit itself looks like it is coming off the wall, drastically.

Secondly, his communication has been extremely disrespectful, at best. I text him telling him I have plenty of work for him and he either doesn't text back at all, or he texts back ""I'll call you later"" and then never calls.

He also replies to texts a week later, if at all. The only reason I didn't tell him to kick rocks during this ridiculous text-game-runaround he's been giving me is that this is his mess to fix in the first place. Other HVAC/electricians don't like working on other people's installs and they shouldn't have to.

When I told him I was going to write a negative review his response was (exact quote) ""You really want to go there?"" which was clearly a veiled threat. Funny how he stopped talking real quick when I called him out on it and mentioned what my job was in the military. ;)

There is absolutely no excuse for the way this guy has treated my family, giving us the runaround for MONTHS, and still the work isn't done. I've put thousands of dollars through Justin throughout around a decade or so working relationship. Why he randomly decided to shit all over what was once a great business arrangement is beyond me.

Pic included of how he left this jacked up mini split. I have a ton of plaster damage and everything from it leaking all over my wall, which I didn't even expect him to pay for or anything, just fix his mistake. I guess I asked too much

To Justin: Enjoy living off that Covid disability, it won't last forever. Remember when you were a hard worker bro?

If I could put more stars I would. Justin is highly knowledgeable in a/c, heater, and electrical. Very passionate about his work and is extremely efficient. He takes pride in his job. I call him on other jobs just because I would trust his word and references. He came to my house installed a central heater system in my house. He knew my mom was sick and worked extra hours to make sure she was comfortable. Such a compassionate man in his work and with his customers. He's now my first call for anything. You can not go wrong with Justin.

Justin has the best prices and does the cleanest installs. Had to have a new system installed in my house I just bought, it did not even have a return air vent! He custom fabricated everything! Trustworthy and good worker!

Justin is a very competent professional.

My air conditioning transformer burnt out because of a power surge, called and left a message for Justin and he called back within 15 minutes.

Fast forward 25 minutes and he's already there getting to work.

I had my air conditioning back on and running in under an hour.

Quick, efficient, and affordable.

So our thermostat breaks down during a heat wave on a weekend, of course =). I looked around Yelp and read reviews for other companies. Made some calls and received some quotes. Since it was a Saturday, all of them were booked or closed and could not make it until the following Monday. I finally called JM Brubaker and Justin gave me a reasonable price compared to the other shops. He said he would come by after his last job which was at 5pm that Saturday afternoon. He was driving from San Diego and told me that he would fix it that evening. He is very knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Will definitely call him again.

Wow I'm so glad I read reviews on Yelp! Justin rocks! Called him around 4pm and said he would try to stop by and he sure did. Justin was very knowledgeable and informed me that I need to change the air filter more often then I have. No charge for the advice and if anyone needs A reliable and knowledgeable person this company is the one to go to. As soon as my old air conditioner bites the dust I will be using JM Brubaker for all my air-conditioning needs. So glad I found this! Thank you Yelp.

This gentleman genuinely cares about what he's doing, is honest, and if you have any AC needs, do yourself a favor and give him a call.
For the record, I did not have any knowledge of him before trying him out based on Yelp reviews.
He did a great job.

Justin came by when my air conditioner wasn't working. He explained the problem and gave me a couple different alternatives hoping a cheaper option would fix the problem and so far so good! It is nice to find an honest person who I feel I can always call in a pinch; especially without being taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge.
