Justin is a very competent professional.

My air conditioning transformer burnt out because of a power surge, called and left a message for Justin and he called back within 15 minutes.

Fast forward 25 minutes and he's already there getting to work.

I had my air conditioning back on and running in under an hour.

So our thermostat breaks down during a heat wave on a weekend, of course =). I looked around Yelp and read reviews for other companies. Made some calls and received some quotes. Since it was a Saturday, all of them were booked or closed and could not make it until the following Monday. I finally called JM Brubaker and Justin gave me a reasonable price compared to the other shops. He said he would come by after his last job which was at 5pm that Saturday afternoon. He was driving from San Diego and told me that he would fix it that evening. He is very knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Will definitely call him again.

Wow I'm so glad I read reviews on Yelp! Justin rocks! Called him around 4pm and said he would try to stop by and he sure did. Justin was very knowledgeable and informed me that I need to change the air filter more often then I have. No charge for the advice and if anyone needs A reliable and knowledgeable person this company is the one to go to. For the record, I did not have any knowledge of him before trying him out based on Yelp reviews.

Justin came by when my air conditioner wasn't working. He explained the problem and gave me a couple different alternatives hoping a cheaper option would fix the problem and so far so good! It is nice to find an honest person who I feel I can always call in a pinch; especially without being taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge.

RIght when I noticed my central air wasn't running in this crazy heat weather, I already knew there's going to be a big dent to my bank account. I looked up an AC repair guy on Yelp and there he was! First one on the list with 5 stars! and this time, it was actually a well deserved 5 stars. Justin, the owner, is awesome! He was able to make it out the same day for a diagnostic. Luckily he was very honest and charged me a very reasonable price. Hopefully AC will be running smoothly for as long as I live here, but atleast I'll know where to go if anything goes wrong. For the past 2 days, the house has been without air conditioning and they came and fixed our air conditioning unit for a reasonable price when no one else would come out without same day.

If you are looking for a reliable air conditioning and heating service, look no further. I searched on Yelp and read the reviews and decided to call J.M. Brubaker Air Conditioning and Heating. I spoke with Justin, who seemed very personable and honest. My assumption was right. He told me that he would come to the house to take a look at our broken heater within a few hours, and he kept his word. He immediately diagnosed the problem, provided us with a very reasonable estimate and told us that he could repair the heater the next day. And, that's what he did!! The next morning, he came back to the house, performed the repairs, and we now have heat!!!! It was that simple. So many times in the past we have been disappointed by people who have been deceptive and unethical. It was so refreshing to meet someone who is honest and hard working. Justin even sent a text message the next day to see if we were satisfied with the work! Wow!! I was so impressed!! It's been a difficult year and it was so nice to have something work out without much effort on our part. We won't think twice, if we need help this summer with the A/C. Call a few different places but couldn't get a same day appointment from anyone . Called Justin and left a message on his phone. He called back within 15 minute and showed up to my house same day a couple hours later because he was on a job . He is
very professional and very honest. He broke everything down to me and told me how much it would be. I did my research online and the price he gave me was very reasonable . I appreciate his professionalism and punctuality . Got the job done the next day because he had to order some parts but he did a great job , got the A/C up in running just in time for the summer . I would definitely recommend especially over the big companies who always try to up sell.
