I found a competitor who would do the work for cheaper but was less easy to work with (wouldn't accept online payment) so I asked if they would honor the price and they did! Jamie was very responsive, gave me valuable suggestion and provided a reasonable quote for installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage. He's very patient and helpful. Unfortunately I have to go with another electrician since Jamie isn't likely to provide help with building permit or inspection, a critical part that I don't think I can handle it professionally without additional help from electrician.

I'll definitely work with him in the future on other projects.

Just worked with Jamie on three installs of some pretty complex chandeliers. They showed up and was very careful with the room(s) by laying down tarps and cleared the work space.
They took their time and was patient with each fixture even when I asked to move them around and work with the placement. Even when we ran into an issue they worked out a solution.
I'm an interior designer and I have worked with my share of tradesmen, Jamie was definitely one of them most professional I have encountered. I'd highly recommend him.

I ultimately went with another contractor who will charge $300 for chandelier installation and $50 per light switch installation == $750.

Jaime replied my request very soon and gave me cost-efficiency way to deal with my kitchen lamp. Originally, I only consider to change starter or central controller and Jaime suggested me to replace one new lamp instead because the old parts are difficult to find. He is right. And his price is also reasonable and even lower than other companies who only changed one part. After finishing the work, he help clean the floor as well. Very very great work and great price. I will highly recommend Jaime's work and will make him as my first choice if I have other electrical work necessary to do! He also provides construction and remodeling service. Very good quality company!!
