Bought my house 4 years ago and Juan has been doing work throughout the space for all 4 years. He has done a number of lighting, electrical, and tiling jobs and it has always been of the highest quality. Most recently Juan upgraded the lighting in my kitchen from a single dim contractor grade flush mount to a much brighter and usable recessed lighting. He is extremely prompt in responding to requests, he's flexible and will work with you to make sure your vision comes to fruition. His work is fantastic and he really cares about doing the job right, safely, and to code. Can't say enough good things about him.

Service tech was thorough and came prepared on the day of initial inspection. Came back with a high amount of work that had to be done before solar panels could be installed. Went for a second opinion from another company and found that initial quote was highly inflated unnecessarily.

Juan was prompt on the scene when a few breaker switches went out at one of my rental properties. It was a Saturday and I was unsure on what exactly might be wrong because the issue was only in two of the upstairs bedrooms. Juan was incredibly efficient and thorough. He got the job completed on the same day as professionalism and ability to explain. What day is she was really put me and my tenants at ease.

I had an appointment for a phone call within a couple of hours. They never called. Then I finally got a call the next day. I texted a picture of the job I needed done . Replacing 8 interior doors with a slab hollow core door. I was quoted $1800 for 8 doors without painting them. Sounds very expensive to me!! I can't comment on the quality of their work since I haven't used them.

Juan was great! Braced our water heater, fixed downspout, labeled our electrical panels, built us shelves and also installed insulation on our ducts. Was patient with us adding projects along the way like putting anti-tip furniture straps on our dressers and bookcase. Also identified an issue with our siding that we fixed and avoided some water damage in the process. Pricing was transparent and fair. They have payment online and clear invoices.

I do wish they hauled away the old insulation (we were left with 6 trash bags full and have to figure out disposal) and the furniture scraps used (while strong) are visible on top of our dressers which I don't love. I love the book shelves he built but we will definitely have to sand them down and also maybe stain them to have a more polished look later on but they are fine for now.
